“The process online is easy and takes no time to place your reservation, I visited the store and a female clerk came to me. We were looking at some models and picked this VW Jetta 2024 very clean vehicle and settled with this vehicle. The process was great and we went around the car to see any marks on the car and we found one on the side rear driver fender with some abrasive marks near the rear wheel and it wasn't that bad, but some chips of paint from a previous rental before I got it. The car drove great and never really had threatening issues, other than the car needs and alignment pulls to the left a little hard but over all the car drove awesome ? She is an amazing person definitely rent again.”

“We just spent a spectacular week in early October exploring the Olympic Peninsula and the San Juan islands in Hazel. What a gorgeous part of the PNW! The whole experience from booking to pick up on Bainbridge through the trip and drop off was easy and convenient. Hazel provided us with comfortable driving, shelter and cooking with flawless performance. Westfalia vanagons are a fantastic way to travel and Washington State Parks are wonderful.
