“We had a great experience at Peace Vans. They installed a set of Flarespace rear door racks on our van and did a knockout job. We drove 2 hours to get the service done with plans of waiting until the service was complete. They offered us a great lounge area to use while the work was being performed if we wanted. We decided to go for a walk through Seattle and see Pikes Place Market. It was a fun day for us.”

“Plus another 95 more stars! My daughter and I flew into Seattle for one night and was planning a trip to Leavenworth to check out Christmas Town the next day. I had rented a midsize SUV with no AWD, as I was getting ready to leave the counter to get my car I had mentioned to Martavius (Alamo Rep) that we were heading to Leavenworth and he had this look of what?! and asked me for my paperwork back, he mentioned to me that Leavenworth got 3 ft. of snow and he said to me "you need an AWD SUV" so he changed it on his own. I really appreciated his concern for my daughter and I with our safety! I'm an Alamo Insider member and have always loved renting with Alamo, it's the only car rental company I use because of how Customer Service always treats me (THE BEST) and Alamo's pricing! KUDOS TO MARTAVIUS...YOU ARE THE BEST AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! P.S. - this was such a great trip we ALSO WE LOVED LEAVENWORTH!!!”

“I have rented from this location a number of times and find their team to be friendly and capable. It’s a small operation so don’t expect airport style pick up. They don’t have a ton of cars and sometimes they aren’t spotless - but the convenience of having this downtown location outweighs that. AVIS corporate appears to allow over-booking of cars (since there are a lot of no-shows) - so there is a chance they run out of cars. Occasionally the lines are long (especially during cruise season) so please pack your patience, the team behind the counter are doing the best they can. I’ve gotten the hang of their garage and drop off protocols. It’s a bit wonky but it works if you follow their directions.”

“Correction: These guys are super helpful and *do* things efficiently! By the time I went there, they did not have any car I could drive because they were too big. Then, one guy came and returned the car with a six-inch dent. They quickly called their boss, got his approval, did not sell me any insurances, and I was able to leave in 5 mins.”

I had to modify my return date multiple times during the reservation, and the process is very easy to do online and all charges are laid out clearly. This will be my go-to Seattle car rental company.My sister used Thrifty rental for the same trip and it was busy and slow because of push to upgrade and to take insurance. She was a good 20 min longer getting out from the structure. Sixt is way to go.”

“The Asian man who helped me at the counter for check in and check out was extremely courteous and efficient, took probably 5 minutes in total. Car was clean and worked great, no issues. The location is small but if you’re not picky about car selection like me it’s perfect since you don’t have to navigate to and inside a cramped parking garage to return the car like locations more downtown. 5 min walk from the Link Station makes it even more convenient. Definitely using this location as my go-to in the future when available!”

Location is convenient to get to and the staff is always very friendly and helpful!At peak times (especially if you don’t prepay), they can run low on inventory so it would be really helpful if their systems could better track available cars & reservations.As of 3/31/2024, their lockbox for afterhours dropbox is unavailable.”

The woman who helped us gave of them newest of each, a discount on some of the additional things we decided to get day of and generally was extremely friendly.My brother is a mechanic and looked over the truck before we left and had no concerns. It put everyone involved at ease.This was my first time renting a moving truck. We went with Budget because it was cheapest and so far I've been more than impressed.”

Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”
