“I am a huge fan of Enterprise to begin with. I find the extra few bucks well worth the smaller lines and larger car availability.
I recently rented from downtown Seattle and when I returned the car after hours, I was impressed to find a super friendly and hard working gentleman there to help me with the return.
The next day, I received a text from the company. I happened to mention a small misunderstanding about the price of the rental. The response I received from Enterprise could not have been more customer friendly. They basically asked me for more information about the misunderstanding so that they could learn from the experience and they gave me the benefit of the doubt and credited my account. What a perfect response from a company that cares about the customer.

“We rented the car in Seattle to go up to San Juan Island and Neah Bay. The staff were extremely helpful and the parking deck is easy to follow with great signage. Neo at the front desk and Micah in the garage were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The person who was there when we dropped it off after hours was also very helpful. The staff were great, the car was clean and the communication process was very effective.”
“It's a small location so types of car available are limited but the location is convenient. Both employees working there when I picked up and dropped off the rental were very friendly and helpful.”
“Jojo and Z made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. They were transparent about all the fees, incredibly kind, patient, and made everything feel straightforward.
The car was exceptionally clean, a huge thanks to the detailers, Derek and Mike. They also gave me rides to and from the shop where my car was being repaired, and both were personable, friendly, and great to chat with.
Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service. Jojo clearly runs a great operation, and everyone I interacted with was professional and genuinely welcoming. I will absolutely rent from this location again and highly recommend it!”

“Shahrokh with ET towing helped me tow my car today and did a fantastic job! I only had a few hours to step away from work and figure out how to fix my flat tire. He was responsive and dependable, showing up 30 minutes after I called. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“Staff were very professional despite there being an impossible customer before me while I was waiting in line. These people were totally harassing the guy working who was just trying to do his job. I finally told them they were taking up everyone’s time and had no right to harass this poor man this way. They finally left and everyone else was able to get through efficiently and effectively! Nice, clean car. Only complaint is that whatever cleaning stuff they use has way too much fragrance and I had drive with the windows down to let it air out because the smell was bothering my allergies.”

“Now that Budget is part of Avis, hopefully they can become the customer service experts that Avis reps are. I am sure it comes to empowering your employees to do the right thing, which unfortunately did not happen for me, but Budget did take care of my issue after escalation. I dont want to post a poor review when they did address my issue. I will say make sure every rental you take out, any company take lots of pictures inside and out, it can save you money occasionally”

“I am very pleasantly surprised with this company's customer service department, particularly the prompt customer service I received from Mayra. Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”

“They are not just about the ID.Buzz. They are all camper vans and do work on Sprinters. I encountered Peace Vans when I wanted to replace the awning on my Winnebago Revel. Keeping the OEM roof rack would require custom work and a nation wide search led me to Peace Vans. If I could give 6 stars, I would. They not only do good work at a fair price, they are laid back, friendly, and have integrity to make sure that everything is right.”
