“This is the best car rental location I know. I’ve rented here dozens of times, it’s my absolute go-to. All the staff are very helpful, friendly, responsive, and fair. The rates are extremely competitive even compared to other Enterprise locations. The fleet is high-quality and new, most cars I rented here in the past 6-9 months are 2025/2026 and have relatively low mileage (as of May 2026). Highly recommend.”

“We rented the car in Seattle to go up to San Juan Island and Neah Bay. The staff were extremely helpful and the parking deck is easy to follow with great signage. Neo at the front desk and Micah in the garage were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The person who was there when we dropped it off after hours was also very helpful. The staff were great, the car was clean and the communication process was very effective.”

“Had a really great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in West Seattle. From the very first conversation, the team was on it—super helpful and quick to get me into a vehicle. When the first car wasn’t quite what I expected, they immediately worked with me to swap it out for something I actually liked, no hassle at all.
I had the car for over two weeks with zero issues, and the return process was just as smooth. Everything was buttoned up, efficient, and easy. On top of that, everyone there was genuinely friendly and great to work with. Definitely a location I’d recommend.
I just wanted to add that they also provided a convenient pickup and drop off service at Crash Champions while my car was being repaired. Super helpful and no extra charge!!”

“I have been renting from Avis for the past five years, and they have consistently delivered a great experience. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate upgrade requests and understand exactly what I need. The only catch is that they are so popular it can be tough to snag a last-minute reservation, so I highly recommend booking in advance. Aside from that, their customer service is top-notch”

“Shahrokh with ET towing helped me tow my car today and did a fantastic job! I only had a few hours to step away from work and figure out how to fix my flat tire. He was responsive and dependable, showing up 30 minutes after I called. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“Staff were very professional despite there being an impossible customer before me while I was waiting in line. These people were totally harassing the guy working who was just trying to do his job. I finally told them they were taking up everyone’s time and had no right to harass this poor man this way. They finally left and everyone else was able to get through efficiently and effectively! Nice, clean car. Only complaint is that whatever cleaning stuff they use has way too much fragrance and I had drive with the windows down to let it air out because the smell was bothering my allergies.”

“Now that Budget is part of Avis, hopefully they can become the customer service experts that Avis reps are. I am sure it comes to empowering your employees to do the right thing, which unfortunately did not happen for me, but Budget did take care of my issue after escalation. I dont want to post a poor review when they did address my issue. I will say make sure every rental you take out, any company take lots of pictures inside and out, it can save you money occasionally”

“I am very pleasantly surprised with this company's customer service department, particularly the prompt customer service I received from Mayra. Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”

“Great experience renting from Sixt at Pike Place! We were set up with a Ford Escape, which was a fantastic upgrade. The car was spotless and very well maintained, which made the drive enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mr. Burak, who helped us out a lot and made the process smooth. We also had to drop the car off at the very last minute, and the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend this location!”
