“Had a great experience renting a Rivian from Pacwesty for a camping road trip through Olympic and the Oregon coast. Drove 1,250 miles and had only positive experiences charging. The camping gear included everything we needed, we even took pictures of the gear they included we liked it so much!!”

“Very friendly staff, fast and efficient service. The car we got wasn’t quite what we were looking for but worked and had good MPG but definitely not a smooth ride (Nissan versa). Was a small amount of confusion as when I picked up the car my understanding from the ASM was I could drop the car off anytime from 9-5 on my day of return. But i called the day of to verify and the staff member that day told me every hour past my return time I would be charged. Could be possible I misunderstood as well but thankfully wasn’t a big deal. Overall has very decent experience.”

“Shahrokh with ET towing helped me tow my car today and did a fantastic job! I only had a few hours to step away from work and figure out how to fix my flat tire. He was responsive and dependable, showing up 30 minutes after I called. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!”

“I am very pleasantly surprised with this company's customer service department, particularly the prompt customer service I received from Mayra. Not only did I get a response with in 24 hrs I also got a complete resolution of my complaint that I am 100% satisfied with. I had emailed the zipcar customer service department to inquire about refund on the application fee because I wasnt aware at the time of signup that the didn't service my current area and I would have no need for their services. I had expected like must company's the would be greedy and state that application fees are non refundable. They didn't get no hassel at all the just refunded me no problem. It is such a nice relief to see a company actually care more about customer service then making buck. Even though the refunded my measly $25 back to me..... they will make much more off all the recommendation to other potential customers I will be giving. Go with a company that values its customers.”

“Expecting it to be a quiet day before Thanksgiving, I pulled in to Modern Collision in hopes that they could check my tires and add air. (A warning light had just gone on.) But it was crazy busy! They assured me they would be happy to adjust the air and immediately took the car. They found a nail was the culprit and quickly repaired the tire.
