“Here it is mid-December and they still have a great selection of plants, trees and if they don't have it they'll strive to get it. Over multiple decades Bay Hay has never dropped a beat in service and quality. They know plants and offer sound advice. So much more than a nursery.”

“I leave this place with something different every time I visit. They carry a great selection of designed in house apparel and a curated set of brands that make me seem cooler than I really am. Their special events and the artists they bring in for the monthly art walks are the best on the island.Do yourself a favor and check it out. Often.”

“Okay. Let's be honest. There is many stores around downtown Poulsbo that's super cute and fun! Northwest Land and Sea should also be more known. The store is very well stocked with very cute and funny items that is specific to the PNW. I had found lots of great items to send as gifts as well as for myself to just wear and love. Customer service was also spot on. Very friendly and kind. Also, very clean!”

“Dylan Everyday Clothing is a cute clothing shop for women, men and kids adjacent to Alair gift shop. In fact, there is a doorway in between the two so you can browse the clothing and gifts and back and forth (and pay for all items on either side). The variety of clothing ranges from PNW casual (so many comfy hoodies) to fancy party attire (at least for women). I love that they stock a wide range of sizes for all body types. They also have some options for shoes and accessories like hats, bags, blankets and sunglasses. For the quality of the clothing brands, the prices are surprisingly reasonable! So many great finds!”

“This is such a great store. Some of my favorite clothing came from my grandmother- who's a well-traveled artist with a great, classic sense of style. She has beautiful pieces, some dating back to the 20s, that she's taken incredible care of. Shopping here feels just like going through her closet.”

“Very cool place, came all the way from Canada to visit this place! I got a rainier beer shirt, some decals, and a sweet bag! There were so many awesome and funny things to spend money on, and the staff was great. Very close to the Starbucks reserve as well.”

“If you want items you'll never have to replace. I have my grandfather's tin coat and it had been used by a farmer and it is still in great condition. And even though I have worn it during some of the worst weather and during semi casual events. And this coat still going as well as day one with my grandfather and now me. And will be passed on again. With a few more newer items. You can't beat the quality. Just go in take a look and you'll know this is a real review.”

“The old Ballard is gone. Lots of boutique stores around now. This one is very good. Quality mix of men's and women's clothing. Some nice gifts, cards and accessories. Bought a shirt and sweater for my wife's birthday. Small place, big in personality & service. Enjoy!”

“Great place to get hair cut! I’ve been trying longer hairstyles as a male, and Virginia gave me a great hair consultation! She shaped my hair to help it transition into the hairstyle I’d like with much longer hair. Great service, and awesome hair stylist!”

“One of the only strictly western shopping locations in the Seattle area that we could find . A lovely selection. Definitely on the high end price-wise which we expected and is on par for the Seattle area. But still a tiny bit of a bummer. Fun store, fun selection. Amazing unique pieces, new and used. Grabbed a belt buckle. They averaged around $40 but they had a couple around the $30 range and some really nice ones around the $60-$70 range.”

“I wandered in just to check it out. Did not buy anything or interact with the sales staff, who thankfully, did not bug me in a cloying "can I help you?" sort of way. Things that caught my eye included: Clothing, candles, incense, random gifts, CBD and CBG joints, nail polish, jewelry, planners, storage bins, and gua sha tools.”
