“Nothing but love for this place their staff and especially Ivy make the process not just smooth but also exciting. It is fun to have staff who can both help with clean looks but also the fun patterned organized chaos beautiful fits I love! my last order had some issues with it and they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. My favorite spot in Seattle for help with dress clothes.”
“Victor was so welcoming when I walked in, anticipating my needs. Very helpful. Nik was the cashier and also made me feel welcome. Great crew, great vibes. And of course, good gear.”
“Came here looking for clothes and this place did not disappoint. Their clothing inventory was small but felt thoughtfully curated. Every single item I looked at was in top condition. I was only there for 30 minutes and left with 2 really nice shirts. If quality is important to you, I highly recommend Lucky Dog.”
“After several failed suits by another MWH (wrong suit ordered) Maria saved the day by getting me the correct sized suit and had it delivered to my hotel. Definitely saved my behind, as we were on time looking sharp for the wedding. Thank you to the team at the MWH downtown location.”
“Purchased my first kilt in the store. Also purchased 2 utility kilts over the Phone All the way from Puerto Rico with the help of their unequal staff (very supportive and accomodating) Purchased a total of 3 utility kilts from the store so far no regrets. It's a rite of passage here when the kids turn 15 they get their firs kilt. Im excited and looking forward to doing more bussines with utilitykilts company.”
“Jeremiah and Alex were awesome to work with. They were accommodating in helping me find some new summer workwear and get a repair done on an item I had purchased at the flagship store. Awesome experience that reaffirmed why I spend my money on their products.”
“One of the best gift shops in Seattle! They have such a wide variety of handmade goods from candles to clothing and nibbles. Everyone who works at Sairen are incredibly kind and welcoming. I recommend them to everyone!”
“Located in Ballard the story is neatly tucked on a side street. Found it! Went inside to purchase a Sashiko cap! Chatted up the attendants and found a t-shirt to go with the hat. Know this, if u are a big guy the jeans and shirts are few. They have a good selection of brands and if u get lucky the denim is yours! Friendly staff, decent location! Next to the locks!”

“Had an excellent experience here! First time shopping in a boutique store of this nature and I was a little nervous/overwhelmed. But the staff was very helpful and compassionate and extra attention was provided to help me pick out the perfect last-minute swimsuit for a trip to South America!”
“They stock Stora Skuggen and other niche fragrances you can’t find anywhere else in Seattle. Now I don’t have to order from friggen Denmark lol!”
“The U Village shop is fantastic. The sales people aren’t pushy, and they honestly help with your unique needs. Gonzalo measured me for a shirt, and took care of delivery to my home, quickly. Highly recommended. It does not feel like a regular chain retail Bonobos store. It’s more like a living room with sales people.”
“I came in to pick up an online order -- I love that the option is available and the company (perhaps the owner herself? after all it is a small business) was super helpful over email.
Tencel is the real deal sustainable fiber and the clothes drape very nicely -- at this point in my life I can't handle skin-tight and need some structure, and despite being soft to the touch, the garments all hang forgivingly on my body.”

“Such a special boutique 💕 The store has a really stylish and well-curated selection, and everything feels unique and high quality. It’s one of those places where you find pieces you don’t usually see anywhere else. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff takes time to help, which makes the whole experience feel more personal. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for something different and worth investing in ✨”
“Lovely little gem in Pacific Place. They have a wealth of super cute Chinese fashion and other items that are very difficult to find elsewhere. The people there are kind and helpful. Definitely a must-see shop!”

“It was my first time in Seattle, and even though I was only in town briefly, this store made the visit unforgettable .
Alex and Will were fantastic hosts, their eye for effortless styling is criminally underrated.
I’m a fan of Buck Mason from now on just because of how they went the extra mile and the quality of shirts are great.”
“My Fiance grew up skating and wanted to get a new board so he can start teaching our son, and they hooked us up with a custom complete for a great price. Even gripped the deck and mounted the trucks, attached the wheels etc. didn't mind our son running around like a mad man. Pretty cool spot.”
“Absolutely fantastic customer service.
I bought a pair of boots online and Lauren went above and beyond to promptly provide me with lots of helpful info and advice, both by email and over the phone, often outside of normal business hours. She helped me with questions about everything from product to sizing to shipping, she took photos of stuff in the store, she followed up with UPS to help me navigate a change of delivery address, and when my package arrived it even came with a personalized thank you note. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a shop that provided more attentive and detailed service. 11/10.”
“I had a vintage pair of frames with sentimental value that I had got replacement lenses for. I thought I had broken the frame while trying to swap out lenses. I called Oakley and the sales associate offered to give them a look in person. She was able to show me a simple way to swap the lenses, and maintain the integrity of the frame! I was very impressed and pleased.”
“Having been working with Eric at Tom James for several years. Could not be happier with the quality of the clothes but the stand out is Eric and customer service. He has guided me from casual attire through formal ware with great expertise. Recommend most highly.”

“So sad to hear that Kuhlman is closing. For several years now whenever I pick up something new it's straight to Kuhlman to have Scott work his magic. He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”
“This was one of the friendliest shop experiences I've had in some time. Kahuna Dave was great and so welcoming! The conch shell welcome and 'Go Big Red' (Nebraska) chant was amazing. Thank you, Kahuna Dave, for a memorable experience and I will be back next time I'm in Seattle.”
“I come in here at least once a week with my partner. We love it. This store is a great place for fun blind boxes, fidget toys, candles, socks, clothes, magnets, hats, coloring books, vinyls, and so much more. Definitely a spot to hit if you’re exploring the city or looking to get a gift for someone. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. There was something missing from one of the blind boxes I bought and they helped me exchange it for a new one. Overall a great store and experience in here. ALSO, make sure you purchase things with your phone number so you can get points!”

love shopping here”
“Had a very nice scissor cut here with Kym. We had a great chat as well. This place is a bit more expensive than I’m used to, but it’s not overpriced by any means and the shop is very comfortable.”
“When we visit a city we usually try to hit up a Harley Davidson for our souvenir tees, but due to our tight schedule we didnt look for one, but it found us? Lmao. Regardless, very friendly staff and good selections!”
“Rylee was extremely accomodating, patient, and helpful for picking a suit for my cousin's wedding. Provided lots of options and input on good color combinations, and was able to order specific shoe sizing for me. Would visit again!”
“Tiger underwear is the best company in the world to buy double seat or 4 panel seat briefs. This is the underwear that was worn from the 1960's to the early 1980's. The double back or more panels briefs offer a very smooth durable soft quality touch to the briefs that do last long. They offer color and many different colors including two color briefs. The owner provides fantastic service and very fast shipment and delivery”

“Wonderful experience. Cool store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. John is someone that cares about premium clothing and provides expert advice and insight on the brand history and trends.”
“Great selection at Eames NW — curated, high-quality menswear. Adrian provides excellent customer service, is very responsive, and makes the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend.”
“I had so much fun shopping here with my son. Kyle made us feel at home, offering suggestions and helping us identify sizes and telling us the story behind the brand. We purchased a sweatsuit that my son has worn everyday since ? check out this store! It is worth the trip. You might get lucky and meet Kobe (the French bulldog) also ?❤️”
