Once I realized that all I had to do was plug the wall wort (spelling?) in my garage and then also my modem and router into my generator to have internet when my power was out, I was very happy with the fact that Net253 keeps their internet going even during power outages. None of my neighbors with other companies were able to do this. And where I live, cell reception is very bad, so when power goes out, all you can do is call and text if you don't have internet. So this is major!
I've also only had a good experience with Net253 since we got them about 8 months ago and they always do what they can to help out their customers if any challenges arise. I've told all my neighbors to go with them. Everyone else seems happy also.

I've never had a better ISP than Net253, I never lost my internet connection, not once. It was great for streaming, work and gaming!
Steve is great and very experienced. You can tell he's the kind of person that cares for what he does. The only regret I have is that they're not available everywhere, and I have to go to another ISP upon moving. I got spoiled!

2.27.24- KPUD did a amazing job getting the fiber box installed today, and initially I was excpeting to get Net253 a month down the road, not knowing their schedule. I left a voice mail requesting service and about 3 hours later Steve returned my call. He was kind and funny over the phone, and let me know he had a appointment for Monday. Then Saturday. And then I get a call at about 5pm today from the techs, letting me know they can install it tonight. They were fast, also kind, and even went as far as to take their shoes off to not track dirt in the house. This internet is 300x better than century link and I appreciate the speed, professionalism and communication showed by this company. Thank you.

Net253 is a great ISP. They really care about doing the right thing. They tell you straight what the costs are, what are the services provided, and when there is a problem. Their website has all the information that is needed to understand where to go with a concern. There has been one service interruption in the last two years and it was not their issue. They posted what the problem was very quickly and gave their time estimate of the fix. I recommend them with no conditions.

The customer service at Net253 is, by far, the best that I have ever experienced!!! I had an outage due to a component failure. Steve contacted Kitsap PUD and they had it fixed right away!!! I am not exaggerating, I reported the issue at 4:26pm, he put in the request to have someone respond after initial troubleshooting at 4:38pm, Kitsap PUD showed up at 4:43pm and had it fixed at 4:57pm in the same day!!!!!! I am so appreciative that they were so fast, professional, and dedicated to ensuring I have quality where it matters most in this technological era!!! Thanks Again!!!!! BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!

I've been a Net253 customer for more than five years, and I've been incredibly happy with the service the entire time. The best thing I can say about our gigabit internet service is that we never even think about it, it just works. The price is better than we ever paid for cable competitors, and any time we've needed to interact with Net253 in any way (for example, when we upgraded from 100 Mbit to 1 GBit), the customer service has been fantastic. I absolutely recommend Net253.

If you have access to fiber: Net253 is by the best ISP I have ever dealt with, by far. They are simply fantastic.Operated by real people right here in Bainbridge. They are super knowledgeable and truly care about the service they offer.Net253 is the only provider with redundant connections of the island. Which means one backhoe operator can’t take the internet down for days!Worth every penny.

Net253 is an amazing ISP and I highly recommend them.From a service standpoint, they provide reliable and fast internet at a reasonable price; they have transparent policies regarding your data (which I really appreciate); they're quite responsive when it comes to customer service communication; finally, everyone I've interacted with at Net253 has been competent and kind.Steve, the owner, writes blog posts on the Net253 website about their continuous improvement work (which I think is a neat level of transparency and engagement) and remarks on funny and interesting issues they run into with running an ISP. He sends out emails about service updates and planned outages in a timely manner. Overall, I think it's really cool that the owner of the company is so visible and hard working. It makes me feel like the company has a good ethos and is infinitely more trustworthy than Comcast or any of the other large ISPs in this area.Keep on being awesome, Steve and gang. You are noticed and appreciated!

This is the best ISP I've ever had. So friendly, not at all like the major telecoms I've had to deal with before. Steve helped me recover my router (from my own hacking) using an automated backup they had configured. I was up and surfing in under 5mins. This was after 6pm. Where else can you find service like this?

Steve and his team at Net253 are excellent service providers of fiber-optic Internet in Kitsap county. They excel at customer support, too! With true gigabit speeds you have a better option than Comcast or Century Link. I am a very satisfied customer of Net253.
