Been using them for two-and-a-half years. Hands down the best ISP I've ever had. Knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to running a reliable network for their customers. Can't overstate how happy we have been with Net253.

This is the best ISP I've ever had. So friendly, not at all like the major telecoms I've had to deal with before. Steve helped me recover my router (from my own hacking) using an automated backup they had configured. I was up and surfing in under 5mins. This was after 6pm. Where else can you find service like this?

Steve and his team at Net253 are excellent service providers of fiber-optic Internet in Kitsap county. They excel at customer support, too! With true gigabit speeds you have a better option than Comcast or Century Link. I am a very satisfied customer of Net253.
