“We can't say enough nice things about Pack and Mail and the woman who runs it. Meri is a Godsend. Without her, I think this place would fall apart. She goes above and beyond, helping us with our mail and scanning needs. We're snowbirds who fly south for the winter, and Meri keeps an eye on our mail for us, calling or emailing when something comes in that she thinks might be important. “We purchased six handmade plates in Depoe Bay, Oregon. We live in Grand Rapids, MI. Our last stop on our three week trip celebrating our 55 wedding Anniversary was Alki Beach. “I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly.
Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend.
This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well.
The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”

“This is about an incident that occurred in their parking lot today. My exterior driver side car mirror was vandalized today. I came out from shopping and picking up a prescription to find my mirror had been hit and shattered. This happened around 6:30pm May 18th 2023. Be careful and vigilant when parking your car in their lot. I'm shocked that this happened.”
“I rarely give 5 stars. Sure, the aesthetics are what they are, an ex UPS store that hasn’t really been updated. But what makes this place worth the rating is the sincerity of the employees. They advocated for me to get a refund from UPD when they could have left me on my own. They were so flexible and courteous with the resulting reshipment. The outcome was exactly what I needed when it could have been a disaster. Even waiting in the store you can hear them being extra neighborly to customers, an increasingly rare thing. I hope they stay in business.”

“Convenient and quick location for dropping off packages. If you already have a QR code, the process can be a little confusing, it’s not always clear whether you should complete the transaction yourself at the kiosk or have an associate assist you. I tried to get clarification from an associate but wasn’t able to get a clear answer. Despite that, the location is convenient and makes package drop-offs fast and easy.”

“We are from out of town we had to stop in the UPS store in bainbridge island (Store1265) let me tell you Tiffany and Sadrian are awesome! Sadrian took his time with my mom in helping her make copy’s and printing. She needed labels printed and sent a word document to the store and he was able to converted into the format to work with the label paper. We were the only ones in there as we had a lot of paper to sort and put an envelopes and send off they were very nice and respectful. Great conversation and Sadrian was super nice to my kids. Since traveling here to Washington we haven’t meet very nice people and these two (Tiffany and Sadrian) have changed our feelings on that.”
