“We can't say enough nice things about Pack and Mail and the woman who runs it. Meri is a Godsend. Without her, I think this place would fall apart. She goes above and beyond, helping us with our mail and scanning needs. We're snowbirds who fly south for the winter, and Meri keeps an eye on our mail for us, calling or emailing when something comes in that she thinks might be important. “I’m in and out of this UPS almost every week with Amazon returns. The team that works here is always really really nice and professional and greets you as you come in, and says bye when you leave. Just a really nice warmly run UPS. It gets busy close to closing as everyone’s getting off work of course, so if you have a lot to ship or return, I’d recommend coming earlier in the day if you can help it. About 75% of the time, I’m in and out with like 5x Amazon returns in under 10 minutes with zero wait for the return kiosk. But I do normally come mid day when it’s quiet”

“I leave reviews for post office only after using it for a few months. This post office does the job done, it is friendly, and the lines if they are there, move quickly.
Mel is a sweetheart and treats everybody as her neighbor and friend.
This location has a self-service kiosk, it does not work in about 20% of my visits, and in this case I use the live agents. Both the kiosk and live help work well.
The closing time is 6pm, and they are open on Saturdays till 3pm, which helps a lot.”

the prices are very reasonable. Location is great with several other stores I use right near by. Parking around isn’t too bad either depending on time of day. Whenever I have a question, they are super informative and right on it. Small business quality is becoming far too rare.”
