When I stupidly bent my bumper, I drove up and was immediately greeted by smiling Emily who looked, was gentle on my bruised ego, and was very candid and up front about what was seen and what might be unseen at first glance. Everything was very transparent. The car went in, came out looking like it rolled off the showroom. They wrangled with insurance and did a remarkable job. They really know what they're doing, they don't hide or upsell, this is good, honest, local workmanship and care.”

“I Went to your store July 11 2026 to see if my rotors could be turned. I didn't think one of the counter people would even be able to measure them for specs. I was very surprised when Bradley grabbed a micrometer, looked up the specs, determined they were bad and I bought new ones. During the transaction I let him know it was refreshing dealing with a counter person with knowledge of vehicles. This is long overdue with the advent of computer questions that have no relevance to the problem. Keep hiring people like Bradley and maybe the auto parts industry can overcome the stereotype of poor auto knowledge.

“Have been shopping here for about two years now after NAPA helped me out significantly on a tractor part, that a well known local tractor place, where I have spent over $35k at, wouldn't stay open for literally five minutes past their closing time to sell me the part. Anyway, the NAPA guys helped me with a much less expensive alternative and I've shopped here for all my parts, oils, filters, etc for the past two years. They've been consistently stocked and if not the part is usually quickly available. Ordered online last night (a Saturday night) for a sway bar link and I received a text and email first thing Sunday morning that they had it ready for pick up. Reasonably priced part, seemed to be great quality. I've been putting off a review but with the ease of ordering online and picking it up this morning I have to say I was impressed. I was pretty skeptical that ordering online and picking up at the store would all come together as promised but it did. Thanks again NAPA!”
“The front end of my car was hideous after a car accident a little over a year back, I wasn't able to find anyone willing to attempt to hammer out the frame so that I could use the hoodlatch and put the headlights back in where they belong. I've had the hood zip tied and the the lights wired and taped until now.Not only does thw car look a million times better, it's functional, the I was able to get an appointment very quickly here, the rates were unbelievable, and Joe was helpful, trustworthy, and overall pleasant to work with.”

“I do a lot of technical work, and sales using Trail Tech products. They are quality made, have great US customer support, and if you have a technical problem you will get an answer. The popularity of their product makes it hard to get sometimes, but I guess that's the price you pay when you make a good quality GPS.”
