When I stupidly bent my bumper, I drove up and was immediately greeted by smiling Emily who looked, was gentle on my bruised ego, and was very candid and up front about what was seen and what might be unseen at first glance. Everything was very transparent. The car went in, came out looking like it rolled off the showroom. They wrangled with insurance and did a remarkable job. They really know what they're doing, they don't hide or upsell, this is good, honest, local workmanship and care.”

“Had them replace the AC condenser in my car, I supplied the condenser, which most places wouldn't accept, and they came in the best price in the area. They came to my house and it was very convenient. As someone who is very mechanically knowledgeable and could have done this myself, I didn't have the proper equipment to vacuum and recharge the system, especially living in WA where everything is illegal. I oversaw the work and everything was done properly without incident. I would definitely use them again for anything beyond my scope of ability.”

“Kevin put our 1938 International Harvester Farmall 20 Tractor back into working order in a short time. He did only what was necessary to get it into working order. He had to find a clutch for this 83 year old tractor and resurface the flywheel. We used it to level the common gravel drive.”

“Most of the other shops would say, "we will do the whole job for you but we can't do that." I do most of the work on my own vehicles as any person should at least try to do with availability of information, although availability of certain tools to do certain jobs is difficult. For a VERY reasonable fee they completed the task I needed, very well I might add, and in the same day!! Will have my business for a while to come ?.”
“Have been shopping here for about two years now after NAPA helped me out significantly on a tractor part, that a well known local tractor place, where I have spent over $35k at, wouldn't stay open for literally five minutes past their closing time to sell me the part. Anyway, the NAPA guys helped me with a much less expensive alternative and I've shopped here for all my parts, oils, filters, etc for the past two years. They've been consistently stocked and if not the part is usually quickly available. Ordered online last night (a Saturday night) for a sway bar link and I received a text and email first thing Sunday morning that they had it ready for pick up. Reasonably priced part, seemed to be great quality. I've been putting off a review but with the ease of ordering online and picking it up this morning I have to say I was impressed. I was pretty skeptical that ordering online and picking up at the store would all come together as promised but it did. Thanks again NAPA!”
