“Went to AToC after Safelite told me my 1997 Mazda Miata had rust issues that prevented them from replacing the windshield. AToC inspected the car and informed me that there wasn't actually rust that posed an issue. AToC then referred me to an Autoglass repair/replacement shop in Portland, Dr Glassman. Dr Glassman came up to Vancouver and had my windshield and wipers fixed in less than 6 hours after I called them. Overall AToC proved to be very helpful!”

“Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Elite. After hitting a deer and getting extensive front end damage I called many different places (most of whom were too busy to give me more than 30 seconds of their time) I spoke with the manager Garrick who was incredibly helpful in answering my question. Even when there was a small disconnect between the manager and the office staff about my vehicle drop off time, the front office was incredibly gracious and helpful. Once they had my estimate done, Elite supported/answered all my questions which was so helpful for me in communicating with my insurance adjuster. Once my car was officially totaled I had to return for my belongings in my vehicle but my hands were pretty full as a mom with young children and they helped make sure I had everything I needed. This business really felt like a small family friendly place which is rare these days in the automotive world. Big thank you!!”

“Great job as always. Firestone on Highway 99 in Vancouver charged us twice as much money to diagnose the problem and the tried to tell us that the problem was a blown head gasket. Wrong, CRS also ran a pressure test for half the money and identified the problem as a hole in the heater hose. If we had listened to the Firestone representative we would have gotten rid of the car. Thankfully we did not follow Firestones advice. Beware of Firestones diagnoses.”
