“I have a 1976 BMW 2002 which working on older vehicles has become a lost art and there’s not very many body shops that specialize in this stuff anymore and every classic car or classic renovation auto body shop that I went to was too scared to do the job after bringing it to bacon before I could even go get my rental car from the other body shop they already had my car tore apart and ready for improvements. I couldn’t have picked a better shop. This car needs specialized experience and if there’s ever anybody that needs this type of experience working on older vehicles, this is absolutely 100% place to take it to. I couldn’t appreciate them all more thanks to the team and I can’t wait till my car is done thanks for Making it Happen🙏🏼”

“I had a great experience with Mackin’s Auto Body in Salmon Creek. They repaired some minor front-end damage on my new work truck, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The pricing was fair, the team was honest, and communication was excellent throughout. Special shoutout to Lauryn Linke for being so helpful and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend Mackin’s to anyone needing quality auto body work.”

“Recently got my car and hit a pole damaging the bumper. I paid out of pocket because I didn’t want my insurance to skyrocket, they gave me an extremely fair estimate and when they found some internal damage that would cost $900 extra they managed to work things out so that I wouldn’t owe that. Very happy with the work they did and they are all very kind and respectful. Highly recommend this place.”

“Super nice guys and super helpful and very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to go to this location and I for sure will drive the distance to go to that location especially because I went to one in Portland not even 20 minutes ago and it was nine day difference so yeah I will cross that bridge to get the Vancouver just to go to these guys because they’re that professional and friendly and welcoming. I hate going into a business where it looks like the people hate their job and hate their life like it’s just unprofessional and it makes you feel in the funk too. You know.”

“After my car was broken into, I brought my SUV to Caliber Collision for repairs. My window had been completely shattered, with glass quite literally exploded throughout the entire interior. There were also scratches on both the inside and outside of the vehicle from the broken glass. They did an incredible job from start to finish. They replaced the window, removed the entire door to make sure all of the glass was cleared from inside, repainted the door so everything matched seamlessly, and thoroughly detailed the interior of my car until it looked and felt brand new again. They even completed the repairs ahead of the original estimated date, which was such a nice surprise. After dealing with the stress of the break-in and theft, it felt so good to get back into my car and have it sparkling clean, almost as if the whole thing had never happened. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I’m very grateful for the care they took with my vehicle and would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision!”

“There's good service, there's great service, and then there is EXCEPTIONAL service. My family has been going to J-Rod's for maybe close to 8 or 10 years, but they were our secondary shop since we'd been established another place for 20. They did plenty of work for us, I wish I could go back and give them all our business! When our other mechanic retired and sold the place, the new owner did a bunch of incorrect repairs on my car and wouldn't give a proper refund. It was awful. I took the car to Jarrod and Ingrid for help. They went above and beyond in helping me understand what happened, decide what to do, and fix the incorrect repairs. They even spent extra time talking to me when I was deciding whether or not to go to small claims. They are always happy to take my calls, and so generous with their time. My car continued to have a few more issues (it's got 230k miles but we wanted to keep going) and they helped make everything as affordable as possible. They could have charged me more for repeated inspections but discounted them out of the goodness of their hearts to help me after the trouble I'd been through. Their labor costs are very fair and they won't tack on extra charges for unnecessary shop supplies. They went above and beyond in keeping costs down for me. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I kept having to tow my car to them without an appointment, but they still completed repairs in an incredibly timely manner. They always communicated costs and timelines clearly. Over the years they've worked basically every part of my car and done excellent work. I live near Beaverton but I still won't take my business anywhere else. This is a place you can really rely on. If you're not sure who to trust with your car, go here!!”
