He did all the work I asked him to do and kept me apprised of the how things progressed. Promised he would have my car done on Wednesday and it was done. And they did all the 16-point vehicle check along with the oil change and filter. And when I said I just wanted a basic oil change and filter, they didn't try to upsell me which is a huge plus. I do most of the work on my own vehicles as any person should at least try to do with availability of information, although availability of certain tools to do certain jobs is difficult. The business's actual name is Mountainside Auto Service LLC, and he has only 5-star reviews, which not many folks can say.In my case, the owner went out of his way to be sure I understood the expense involved with my vehicle's engine problem so that I could make a financially wise decision on a huge repair.I will 100% respect and recommend a business who'll advise that I should NOT spend my money on a service that doesn't make financial sense (even though it means they don't earn from me, that day...).
