“Can't say enough about the service Chris and Mark provided. I had a trailer brake fire on my way to Washington on my 2 axle bumper pull and had to pull off on exit 4. A very nice gentleman that knows Mark stopped to help me, and we ended up towing it on 1 axle to Mark's shop. This was the Sunday before labor day, when noone was open, and he still opened the gates to let me park it there. By Thursday of that week, he had replaced the wheel assemblies and axle (because the castle nut fused to the threads a new axle was needed...) He also regreased the front wheels to avoid the situation happening again because at my previous service appointment somewhere else, they did not grease it properly. I would have been truly stranded if it wasn't for Mark and team. Thank you!”

“Went in because my dumb ass overfilled the oil in a car I've recently acquired-by about 3 quarts! So, I needed it to be drained back out and so I called Gaynor's. They were a tad pricier than I'd have thought it would cost to just drain extra oil but they were SUPER professional, fairly quick and the best part is that they DID NOT attempt to upsell me or bullshit me in any way! That's a huge deal for single women that particularly get preyed upon on the auto fixing industry. Thank you For the honesty and overall great experience.”

“I came here at the end of August. I needed a battery terminal replaced and assistance with putting in a new battery. I had gone to several places (Auto Zone, Advance Auto, even a dealership) and they all refused saying that it was too much work to do. One mechanic referred me to CNC and said to ask for Miguel.
I called Miguel and he said, "I'll do it. Come on over." Within 10-15mins, Miguel had disassembled the piece, replaced the terminal and inserted the new battery!!! He was amazing!
I expected a huge bill and was SHOCKED at the price!! It was no where near what other places had quoted me. I paid him and had to beg him to take more money. Yep, I paid him double because HE DESERVED IT !!!

The man working (I didn’t get his name) was SO kind and helpful throughout the chaos of her panicking, and me arriving a few minutes later to help. “I was in need of a second opinion for an issue with my Jeep and I was referred to CG Autowerks by another shop that couldn’t get me in. Well, I now have a new solid mechanic to go to. Craig is legit and will be straight up with you and has fair prices. Sure you can always find someone to do a job for cheaper but at the end of the day, quality of workmanship and knowledge oversee saving a couple bucks. I picked up the weekend warrior on Friday and was out in the muddy Offroad trails on Saturday with no concerns.

“I called in with a cracked windshield for our Tesla Model Y. Within a few days Mike came to our house and replaced it. I was unable to be home so I left him payment and came home to it perfectly repaired. I was impressed with his price and speed in getting it done. We had to pay out of pocket since it was our 3rd cracked glass. He saved us almost $900 from a different auto glass shop. I would definitely recommend this business!”

But there Service manager Ken And their technician, Mechanic Steve Listen to carefully to me and to the Acadia, apparently because they found out what it was and fixed it gave me a loaner car to drive while they were working on it These guys are great. They're really focused on the customer. Which matches the excellent experience I had working with Andrew their sales manager”
“I Nomally don't do alot of reviews when it comes to auto mechanic shops because I normally do my own repairs, however my work schedule didn't allow me to do the lengthy diagnostics to find out why my vehicle stopped while driving, I didn't have time to try and find an honest shop in Vancouver since I work in Portland but I settled on NW imports and Domestics. and had my vehicle towed there. got a call back later on that day and was informed that the cooling fan needed to be replaced, the second call I received they informed me that they had ordered the wrong cooling fan and had to reorder the correct one and I would also need a module and a fuse. what confused me was the pricing went from $540 to $666 and change. I know it doesn't take 2 hour's to remove and install a cooling fan and a module and didn't understand why the cost was so high. when I went to pick up the vehicle I was taken back by the fact I was charged $107 for a $25 module $190 for a cooling fan which at the most should have only been $110 and the labor cost at $154 per hour I thought was high I was informed that that place they ordered the parts from were the only ones that had that particular part. Now to be fare they did give me a small veteran's discount of a little over$20, and on day 2 the vehicle hasn't stopped on me again so I believe the problem so far is fixed. So to sum it all up, they know thier way around when it comes to repairs. If your on a budget you probably need to shop around for a less expensive repair shop but if money is not a big issue then I would recommend NW Imports and Domestics they will do a good job on your vehicle repairs. So I give them 4 out of five stars as my honest review.”

“Amazing customer service! Had one of my catalytic converters stolen off my Toyota Sequoia and Punks got me fixed up super quick and for a great price! Thought the thief got an O2 sensor as well and I was quoted for both the sensor and the catalytic converter. After they pulled my car in the gentleman informed me that it was my lucky day and that the O2 sensor was still there, which made the already great price even cheaper only having to do the cat! Thanks Punk’s Mufflers!”
