βFast and great service! Took my car in to get breaks fixed and had a great experience! Great customer service skills , mark gave me SO much knowledge about what they did and a few things to budget for that will need repairs soon, which being a single mom thank you for doing some thinking for me my guy! They got my car in and OUT which is AMAZING!!Even the dog auto welcomed me ! The guys that work along side Mark were very welcoming and didn’t mind my jokes ☺. Thank you all!β
βSprings is amazing! They got me in quickly and I was able to wait while they did my alignment, they are so friendly, quick & efficient! I have a hard time finding places to work on my Rezvani Tank, and they didnβt hesitate! I was overjoyed! Not to mention how reasonable they are also! Try them, you will be happy you did!β

I have dropped my Suburban in multiple times for a lot of different care. Everytime I pick my truck up, it is better than we could have imagined it. They always pick up on other things that may cause issues down the line, they never try to fix things that are not needed and they go over the parts when the labor is all done. I will be taking all of my vehicles to CNC Auto Care for as long as they'll have us!β

That evening when doordashing the system was taking in water from the reservoir I had to put in about one more gallon.
Repaired my aluminum tube pressure tested replaced a Tee that was brittle, working hard in the dirt. Getting a free shower from my cooling system. Jason is a saint!

βMade an appointment with James to bring my car in because I thought my brakes were needing changed. They did an inspection, complete with photos and a conversation and found out I didn’t even need new pads at the time. Very honest about what they found when they went over my car and the price was great. Their team is very thorough and James was great to work with to make a plan for what I actually did need. We will definitely come back when we need any maintenance done.β

βHad my windshield replaced recently. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable, and he comes to you which is a plus. After my windshield was installed, the next day I noticed what I thought were scratches, because I couldn’t get them out with my glass cleaner. (I think now it was just hard water spots from a neighbor’s sprinkler) I reached out to him and he came by the very next day to check it out and cleaned it up for me with some high grade cleaner. Awesome customer service!β

βBrought in my Hybrid Civic for a fuse replacement and they kept in contact and updated me as soon as they finished. They took my car for a test drive and found out the replacement was faulty and got a replacement as soon as they could. Extremely happy with the clarity and communication they provided!β

βThis has been my go-to mechanic shop for years. My gratitude and admiration sky rocketed when I had an emergency car need. I had damaged a door of my car on accident. I was scheduled to drive long distance. I drove to B&L directly, just to get input on my next steps. Jim came right out, gave it a thorough inspection. He also gave me body shop suggestions. Later that same day, a warning light came on. I called them and they made time to do a second recheck, plus test drive it. Their assessment proved right. I made the trip I needed with no safety issues to the car or myself.
Over the years Jim's wisdom and skills have saved me thousands of dollars, especially with car dealerships which inflate their prices and the actual needs for a car.
I look forward to many more years of B&L skills and support.β
