They did an inspection, complete with photos and a conversation and found out I didn’t even need new pads at the time. Very honest about what they found when they went over my car and the price was great. Their team is very thorough and James was great to work with to make a plan for what I actually did need. We will definitely come back when we need any maintenance done.”

“Better late than never. I was in and purchased a 2026 Kia EV9 in September. Wasn't hassled when my wife and I first walked onto the lot. Was able to peruse their EV9 and EV6 vehicles. Walked into the lobby and was greeted by Lucas. He asked if we had an appointment to which we did not. He was johnny on the spot and worked with us. He was very courteous and professional. He helped us look over a couple of EV9's that we had seen on their website. He was very knowledgeable with their electric vehicles. We talked numbers and we were able to get a fair deal. Upon completing our purchase Lucas was able to walk us through some of the features within the vehicle prior to us leaving. Through the last 3 months of owning our Kia, we've been really happy with how it has performed for us. We're currently experiencing a really minor issue related to the driver side seat and debating about making the trek down to Dick Hannah's service or bite the bullet and visit the local Kia dealership shop.”

“Had my windshield replaced recently. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable, and he comes to you which is a plus. After my windshield was installed, the next day I noticed what I thought were scratches, because I couldn’t get them out with my glass cleaner. (I think now it was just hard water spots from a neighbor’s sprinkler) I reached out to him and he came by the very next day to check it out and cleaned it up for me with some high grade cleaner. Awesome customer service!”
