“Just be warned, Jan is INTENSE. I poop my pants every time I have to call ? She doesn't email, unfortunately. If you don't know most of the details she kind of makes you feel like you're wasting her time but just stick with it and she will get you what you need and save you money. She's busy and doesn't seem to like to be bothered but for some reason I find her endearing. So far she's gotten me what I need, when I need it, at a good price. She's actually pretty funny too. Just don't be timid or weak and you'll get along great with her and she will treat you well”

“Went to the Vancouver store to place an order and get more information on the products they carry. They were very helpful in explaining and showing us All of our options. Delivery was scheduled that afternoon. And then things fell apart BUT The crew went out of their way to make sure we got all the needed parts prior to the weekend. They then followed up and apologized for the issues. By Tuesday all items needed were delivered.”
