“Just be warned, Jan is INTENSE. I poop my pants every time I have to call ? She doesn't email, unfortunately. If you don't know most of the details she kind of makes you feel like you're wasting her time but just stick with it and she will get you what you need and save you money. She's busy and doesn't seem to like to be bothered but for some reason I find her endearing. So far she's gotten me what I need, when I need it, at a good price. She's actually pretty funny too. Just don't be timid or weak and you'll get along great with her and she will treat you well”
