He showed up on time for our appointment, and was very patient in explaining the process of installation and the benefits of using microban material. One last note, we found a little mold under the old bathroom flooring which caused us grave concerns, so I called Duane to ask about the process since we didn't have experience with mold before. He was excellent in answering my questions and walking me through it. Turned out to be a lot less of a problem than we thought, but I still want to point out the care with which Duane answered us.

Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I know that when it's time to redo our other bathroom, these guys will get our call. The truth is that these things are expensive no matter what, but we feel really good about this investment and are happy we chose Luxury Bath.”
