I just spoke with Cori at their Battle Ground office on 2/4/26 and she was more than delightful and helpful in explaining the cost disparity between their company and other providers in the area. Though it will cost me more per gallon to continue with Suburban, they were offering a discount per gallon that brought it to a range that I found satisfactory. I have always valued service and integrity above the cost when considering any company. I am truly grateful to Suburban Propane for their care for this customer. Thank You.”

Not only was the pricing significantly better than what we were paying with a larger outfit, but the transition process was absolutely seamless.
The level of service has been nothing short of impeccable. We've never run low on supply or been missed, and even when we had an issue with the pump (due to user error) in the early hours of the day, the owner himself stepped in and guided us through the resolution immediately. That kind of personal attention is rare and so appreciated.
