“My experience was amazing I was given a nice deal and got a vehicle I didn’t expect, my vehicle was priced wrong and they honored it giving me a vehicle discount. MOE and the team ROCKS. They stand on their word and they help you with everything. A true one stop shop…. I love my vehicle and wouldn’t go anywhere else….. Now me and my husband has the complete BMW family over excited with my car…. They gave me the fully loaded suv and I’m killing it I love it….”

“I've had some poor experiences with mechanics so I waited to be sure, and I waited too long. They replaced the radiator in my dying outback. It is the only repair I've been totally satisfied with since I bought the car. It was fast, affordable, and didn't leave me with any new vehicle symptoms.”

“Bought a 07 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Adam was great. Responsive when I called and texted. Had the car ready and clean when i got there. He was upfront about the known issues on the car, provided as much information as he could. I feel as comfortable as possible buying this car from them and would recommend them.”

“Ryan was great to work with on our purchase of a Ford F-150 and a GMC Sierra. He was patient, responsive and easy to deal with throughout the process, even when the international wire transfers became more complicated than they should have been. He stayed available, communicated clearly and helped wherever he could to move things along. Both trucks were honestly represented and the whole experience felt straightforward and professional. Would gladly do business with Ryan and Hall Motors again.”

“I have purchased four vehicles from McCord's since 2010. I always feel I am treated with courtesy and respect. Earlier this year I was shopping for a BZ4X. Other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area had the car I wanted in stock. I waited until McCord's had one so I could buy it from Brian Ramsdell. Last week I visited the service center. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure my needs were fulfilled.”

“The perfect car buying experience! I have bought 20 cars in my life and this was the best experience. Eric and Pat were just great. Super simple and fast. I think total time excluding the test drive was less than 20 minutes over two visits. Super happy with them and would recommend for sure.”

“We had a great experience here with Arzoo! The whole team was pleasant to interact with. Arzoo got us a great deal and never made us feel uncomfortable like some of those other car dealership sales people do! It was fast and easy - in and out with a car purchased within 2.5 hours! Don’t waste time at other dealerships, come here first!”

“This is probably one of the best experiences I ever had with a local dealership. There was no hard sell. Everything happened at my pace. We couldn't agree on terms so I ended up leaving. They didn't try to keep me there or anything. A few days later the salesman sent me a text politely asking if I would like to hear another offer. I said yes. His offer met me exactly halfway between each others' terms. The offer was acceptable and we made the purchase. Ask for Dom at Vancouver Toyota.”

“Upon arrival, I wasn't really greeted by anyone. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I went to go look at it. Curtis was there and asked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle. He pointed me to John who was very welcoming. We took the vehicle out on a test drive and I decided I wanted it. I traded my vehicle in for $500 hoping I would get out at least $1000. Regardless If I was taking home a different vehicle I wasn't gonna need my old one so I accepted. John and Curtis were very willing to work with me as I already had a big loan else where and needed to bring a missing $200 the next day. Overall my experience with Hazel Dell Motors so far hasn't been bad. It seems like Curtis and John really care for their business and their customers.”

“Great as always. I’ve bought multiple cars from CarMax and have always been satisfied. The process was quick, they stand behind customer service, and I didn’t feel pressured at any point. The 30 day warranty is amazing even for small things that even a dealership wouldn’t do. Highly recommended!”
