“Our experience started virtually with Sergio helping us out, we enjoyed his service and offer so much that we drove 2.5 hours to come to this dealership. Once we came Coleman helped us out the rest of the way. I've been to a lot of dealerships, and I have say this one was hands down was the best one we've been to. the dealership is huge, clean, lots of inventory. and well organized. For the first time I didn't feel attached by salesman walking inside. Every person we dealt with was so easy to work with and respectful. Overall we got a very business class experience here and were treated great. “Upon arrival, I wasn't really greeted by anyone. I already knew which vehicle I wanted so I went to go look at it. Curtis was there and asked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in purchasing this vehicle. He pointed me to John who was very welcoming. We took the vehicle out on a test drive and I decided I wanted it. I traded my vehicle in for $500 hoping I would get out at least $1000. Regardless If I was taking home a different vehicle I wasn't gonna need my old one so I accepted. John and Curtis were very willing to work with me as I already had a big loan else where and needed to bring a missing $200 the next day. Overall my experience with Hazel Dell Motors so far hasn't been bad. It seems like Curtis and John really care for their business and their customers.”
