Today's review will be on auto glass plus in Bremerton. Let me start off saying that the reason I picked this shop is because I used them once prior several years ago to repair a broken window motor on my Jeep. Today's visit was for my 2011 Infiniti I was having some problems with the passenger window being intermittent and then it just wouldn't go up. I contacted them via telephone and was easily given an appointment time later in the afternoon. I decided to remove the door panel and do some basic testing myself to try to reduce labor costs. Entering into their office I spoke to Troy and explained my situation. I asked him up front how much would it be to just look give me an estimate. He told me it would just be $65 so I was very happy they took the vehicle and looked at it. After a bit they came back and said they think the window motor is bad and they were going to order one for me but they did not charge me for today's visit.
They are extremely professional and courteous. I would highly encourage anyone if you're in the Bremerton area to give them a call, schedule appointment if you have any problem, with your windows or windshield. They have a small waiting area that you can hang out where you can just drop your vehicle off and come back for it. I hope this review helps someone.
