“An HONEST automotive technician! Brian is more than just a mechanic.
We were on a trip with a deadline to see our daughter's graduation. Had some bad noise coming from the engine compartment so pulled into a parking lot there in Gig Harbor, called Parkers Automotive at someone's recommendation. Couldn't be happier! Brian came to our vehicle, easily diagnosed the noises with his almost 40 years of experience - pulleys going bad. Said he could rearrange his schedule to repair our vehicle and get us on our way the next day. Not to say he would do this in all cases, but Brian and his office manager went way above & beyond to take care of us! THANK YOU! God bless them, they were angels in our time of need! Once repaired we drove all night, but made it on time.”
“Our family has had to use Gerber on multiple occasions (sadly) and in each encounter we have been treated in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend their services from check in to check out!”
“Exceptional experience. Gail was extremely easy to interact with. The bottom line was they delivered a quality windshield replacement in a really quick time that proves the live up to their name. Totally recommend! I”
