Absolutely the worst healthcare, and the worst people to deal with

The Aetna medical insurance process has been very poor. They keep asking for medical records that were already submitted with my claim. I have called three times, spoken to different representatives each time, but the issue is still unresolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST INSURANCE EVER! They will deny everything, your prescriptions and procedures. It's a joke of an insurance company, they just take your money.
