“My experience with Parker Smith Feek came through the WA Community Assn. Institute IWSCAI) where they are members. Since I'm aware that CAI certifies professional managers and vendors in the condominium community, I thought that perhaps they could provide a more competitive quote for our condo's insurance needs; with an annual premium nearing $200,000, After a lengthy discussion, and a fair amount of research, they concluded that our current broker had performed well on our behalf, and (with a few minor suggestions) that we were well served. They added that they would be pleased to work with us if we decided to change brokers in the future, and yet refused to promise what they might not be able to deliver. I was well and truly impressed, and committed myself to revisit the process when the next renewal came up for consideration. Nothing during our discussions gave me the feeling that I was dealing with anything but a most professional organization.”

“My husband came here to apply an international driver's permit/license. The staff was friendly and professional. They change $13 for 2 passport pictures, same pictures to use for IDP, the fee is 50% less than some "fancy" photo studio a few blocks away. The pictures were ready in a blink of an eye and my husband got his IDP in less than 15 minutes. When we did an internet search for Passport photo, AAA did not show up. Most people don't know they provide that service, it's much faster and way more reasonable cost than other places we have been to.”
“Tara Tran Agency with American Family Insurance- First of all what this gentlemen wrote about this agency and this company in my opinion is incorrect. I don't know if he had personal issues with the owner or staff, but from my experience being insured with this agency and company have provided me with outstanding customer service, and knowledge of their products. I know for a fact that there are a tons of insurance agencies/agents out there who would do unethical things to customer and not let them know. With that said, I was with State Farm for three years, loyal customer and trusted my agent. Come to find out when my rates started going up I asked my agent, and he just gave me some lame excuse regarding about my policy, stating that I got a ticket a year ago which isn't true because I would know if I did received ticket. I thought I knew and trusted my agent since I had been a customer of his for years, so I decided to look around. Being oblivious and uneducated to how insurance works. I shopped around with three other insurance agencies of different companies,so that I may know the best option for me. To make my long story short, I happened to call "Tara Tran Agency with American Family", never really heard about this company in Washington before, so I call to inquire about the company. When I spoke to the owner of the agency (Tara Tran), she was very helpful, she gave me a brief history of her company and herself. From hearing her and who she was and what her previous employer was, it intrigued me to go stop by her office and speak with her in person. When I met her at her Bellevue office (which is convenient for me) I was surprised to find out how young she looked as an owner. I thought at that point I was already a bit skeptical if she would be able to help me. Nonetheless, I decided to give her a try, and like I said before I was oblivious to how insurance really worked. When I asked her to give me a period of instruction on how a policy works and my what kinds of coverages are needed she was truly helpful in educating me. I was really shocked to see how helpful she was, she explained everything in detail to me, so when it started to make sense I realized that when I was insured with my previous agent, I had coverages that I really didn't need. I was in awe to my lack of knowledge in my policy when insurance is very important and which is a required tool in our lives. She then told me I was free to go around and see what other companies would offer, and that to me was the pivotal moment,in my insurance quest. I was really amazed to how caring, and considerate she was. At that moment I decided to sign with her that day, and she explained every detail with me, and even canceled my previous insurance provider for me. I didn't even need to do a thing except give my approval. Come to find out when I was telling my friends about insuring with her, they Google her online and discover this review. In my defense I told them that review is invalid, that this agency has done nothing, but help me in providing great services and coverages. After reading what that gentlemen wrote about this agent and her agency I was a bit baffled as to why he would write such a bad review on Tara Tran Agency, which brings me to my conclusion. Tara Tran Agency with American Family Insurance is one of the fewest agencies out in the market who are honest, pride their selves with integrity, and outstanding customer service. In my opinion, what this gentlemen stated in his review is incorrect, but to scrutinize this agency of its demeanor and its integrity is wrong. That is my opinion, I believe a bad review is necessary when a business does the customer wrong, but I don't believe this agency in particular would do something like that to customer at all. I know this because I'm still insured with this agency, and will continue to be insured with this agency until I say so.”
“Great company and not just for insurance. I have a lifelong annuity thru farmers and love them. Used to have to go out to mercer Island to get my checks, love that I can get them in bellevue now. Have never to date had a hard time or any problems with them and I have had the pleasure of doing business with them for 24 years now, almost 25 and will continue to as long as A) I'm alive. B) They're in business...Farmers for life cause they keep it simple and nice!!!
