We had a fabulous experience on Christmas Eve. I think our sales reps name was Bettina. She looked at our scalp underneath a microscope and gave us both personalized hair treatments. She didn’t try to upsell us just give us exactly what we needed. She was extremely pleasant and helped us find the perfect gift also.
