“Made an appointment same day to get my screen fixed on my cell. Got there, and they told me that the repair guy was not in today. Taylor was very sincere, and looking to find a solution. He called the South center location, and got me in right away. I would have gave 5 stars, but I am pretty certain that they use inferior glass compared to what comes on a stock Samsung Ultra. I had a ton of micro scratches within days. Had my previous screen for 2 years without that type of wear. Taylor was a bright spot in a crap situation. Hard to find people that care about what they are doing. Keep it up Taylor it's hard to find genuine folks these days.”
“I came in right when they opened, looking for a new car battery. Taylor was an absolute gem. Their installation price of $20 is well worth it. My battery was a bit of a pain in the ass, from the amount of hardware, corrosion and of course the tight spaces that barely allow any movement to be had. Taylor walked me through the process from buying their 2nds batteries (ask about it, well worth it), warranty, installation and even helped me select new hardware to replace the difficult terminals my car had. I will not be going anywhere else with my battery needs. They also have electronic recycling and from the signage they had, they do not charge you for it like other locations will.

“I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Steven, who went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and was genuinely happy to assist. I told him I needed coolant, and he personally guided me to the right aisle, even sharing helpful information about the product.
At checkout, I mentioned that I had a check engine light on and asked if he could help me retrieve the code. Not only did Steven assist with that, but he also took the time to research the code, explain potential remedies, and recommend a budget-friendly fix that we could try right there. His effort and dedication turned a simple errand into a truly valuable experience.

“My cars belt broke about 20 minutes from this location I gave them a call and they had 1 belt for my car they held it for me while I limped my car there. I then noticed my idler pulley was broken as well they helped me locate what pulley I needed and they had one in stock. The guys that helped me were named Jay, Lucas, and Daniel. I Highly recommend this location. they go above and beyond to make sure they’re customers are taken care of.”
“The Employees at this location have always treated me VERY well in the past. They made it a point to get to know my name, possibly due to me coming in so dang often, but just little things like that goes a long way with me. But the ONLY negative comment I could make is about the "newer, younger" employees, (newer - within the last 6-8 months new), they have horrible restraint skills with their ability to NOT swear or cuss in front of customers. Hey I get it we aren't all saints, especially me, and I know what's it's like to work in a shop with a bunch of dudes, anyways, if I had my kid in their with me I would be very upset. And sadly it's about every time recently I have come in their will be customers waiting in line and the employees will be chatting it up and cursing to each other like no one is around them. Like I said other than that, I have always had great things to say about this store... But common Eric get these young cats to grow up a bit. Makes a good store look not as good, if that makes sense.?”

“I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”
