“They recommended winning ptoducts! 3M headlight restoration and my drill sander tirned a 2009 car fogged out headlights into brand new polished clear headlights!! They are very teliable, and have a good rewards discounts, they email coupons. I find them a great comsistent support. A bit pricey on some levels but they find parts, even on older cars. I had great experiences on returns upon need on accuators too. Keep all in boxes and kerp receipts. They do free lights, engine, battery and altenator testing too and give you an engine panel print out which is super cool!!!”

“Hate to say it, but my old cheap interstate batteries were better. Use these guys and the batteries do with but they take more maintenance than normal and they dont explain this part to you when purchasing. My old batteries died after 4 years no matenance. These died in just uner 11 months.
They told me they would not replace the batteries and I would have to purchase a new set from then. Over all customer service is pretty normal
I was able repair reuse them so I can say the batteries do work, they just take more maintenance than I wanted to deal with. Also they are pretty cheap and are local so that is a plus.”
“Bought a 96R from Deka here, unfortunately it wasn't a good battery. The guy who works here went out of his way trying to rescue it and after determining the same thing I did, he looked up my last name, saw it was bought by me at his store and honored the warranty without having a receipt. With service this great and honesty and effort doing the right thing I would highly recommend this place, gives good deals when the auto parts stores rip you off to kingdom come on batteries anymore and give people all kinds of excuses and don't honor warranties or try to charge batteries if the slightest inconvenience happens. I've been to the Federal Way store too and would say to people living there to come to this one instead, it's like a night and day difference with ethics and integrity and thank the dude again who works here for being straight up and hope Deka covers for their mistake, I'm from Pennsylvania and know a guy who worked there for years and from what he told me although their products are great and affordable there's a lot of monkey business going on in the plant stemming from DEI where much of the hard work is unfairly put onto the shoulders of the straight white guy and then everyone else's mistakes blamed on him too and this type of stress can understandably cause problems in a workplace. Thanks will be buying more batteries here long as I'm living in Washington and so should anyone else.”

“Just went in to change my windshield wipers. They had a good selection of parts and the gents at the counter were great. One of them came out and showed me how to install the wiper blades and helped me get them on. Highly recommend”
