“Made an appointment same day to get my screen fixed on my cell. Got there, and they told me that the repair guy was not in today. Taylor was very sincere, and looking to find a solution. He called the South center location, and got me in right away. I would have gave 5 stars, but I am pretty certain that they use inferior glass compared to what comes on a stock Samsung Ultra. I had a ton of micro scratches within days. Had my previous screen for 2 years without that type of wear. Taylor was a bright spot in a crap situation. Hard to find people that care about what they are doing. Keep it up Taylor it's hard to find genuine folks these days.”
“I came in right when they opened, looking for a new car battery. Taylor was an absolute gem. Their installation price of $20 is well worth it. My battery was a bit of a pain in the ass, from the amount of hardware, corrosion and of course the tight spaces that barely allow any movement to be had. Taylor walked me through the process from buying their 2nds batteries (ask about it, well worth it), warranty, installation and even helped me select new hardware to replace the difficult terminals my car had. I will not be going anywhere else with my battery needs. They also have electronic recycling and from the signage they had, they do not charge you for it like other locations will.

“I picked my car up from the shop late in the evening while it was raining, exhausted, and just ready to get home. Everything had finally been fixed and the car looked great, but I knew the battery was on its last leg. I pulled up O’Reilly in Maps without much thought and ended up at this location, and honestly, I’m really glad I did.
That’s where I met Jose and two other team members, and from the moment I walked in, they were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. One of them noticed I’m a veteran, thanked me for my service, and made sure the discount was applied. That may seem like a small thing, but after a very long and draining day, it meant more than they probably realized.
Jose helped me figure out exactly which battery I needed, and I assumed that would be the end of it. But he didn’t stop there. Without hesitation, he grabbed his tools, walked outside in the rain, and installed the battery for me on the spot. I knew it was close to quitting time, and I fully expected him to say I’d need to come back another day or do it myself. Instead, he just wanted to help.
He had the old battery out and the new one in within minutes, no rush, no attitude, just solid, honest help. That kind of service is rare these days, and it really stuck with me.

Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”
