Huge shoutout to Dane at Batteries Plus in Bellevue.
I own Lovecraft Events, a boutique event lighting and entertainment company in the Seattle area, and I was trying to solve a replacement battery issue for some of our Ape Labs fixtures without spending a fortune replacing entire units.
Dane was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. He helped me figure out a custom battery pack solution, save some money, and avoid a massive headache waiting on expensive replacements from Germany. On top of that, he’s helping us get a quick turnaround so we can keep our lighting inventory event-ready during wedding season.
That kind of service matters a LOT when your business depends on reliable gear and tight timelines.

“Sometimes I write a review not because a place has yummy food, but simply because the place is AWESOME! Pacific Power Batteries on the east portion of Totem Lake is such a place. My big screen TV died exactly two months after the warranty ended. Other than buying a new one, we want to responsibly recycle the broken TV. Online searches led us to here. I always have some hesitation coming to a private business such as this instead of, say, a King County transfer station. Will they have hidden fees, will they try to sell you something, will they point to a bin and tell us (not strong people) to fit it in somehow??? Well, let me tell you how EASY it was.
We arrived and parked. We walked in and said we like to recycle a flat screen TV. He said, “No problem. I’ll even help you unload.” My jaw dropped a bit. We filled out a single line on a form. We opened the trunk. This taller and stronger than us guy singlehandedly took the TV out of our car, brought it inside, and gently placed it standing vertically on its edge in an open-top box lending against another big screen TV. That was it. Free! No cost! I was so shocked at how easy it was that I forgot to take any pictures. He was brilliant. Thank you!”
“My car wouldn't start so I called to see if they had a battery for my car. They did. I watched a Youtube video to see if I could change out the battery myself but realized I don't have one of the tools needed. I called them back and asked if they could help me switch the batteries and they said yes. Pablo helped me and he was so nice and he changed it super fast. I will always go to the Kirkland location from now on. They are the best! Thank you.”

“They recommended winning ptoducts! 3M headlight restoration and my drill sander tirned a 2009 car fogged out headlights into brand new polished clear headlights!! They are very teliable, and have a good rewards discounts, they email coupons. I find them a great comsistent support. A bit pricey on some levels but they find parts, even on older cars. I had great experiences on returns upon need on accuators too. Keep all in boxes and kerp receipts. They do free lights, engine, battery and altenator testing too and give you an engine panel print out which is super cool!!!”

“I hate writing reviews. Usually only if things are really bad, but Anthony the manager at the sunset in Renton location and Robert from the Northeast 4th Street in Renton location gave me a hand up today. I got stranded due to a bad alternator and walked to the sunset location. Unfortunately they didn't have the alternator, but ne 4th st did. I explained the situation and Anthony said hold on! Called Robert and Robert said on my way. That saved me an hour of walking when I had to be at work already. I really appreciate what they did today. It's not offen when people go out of their way for you. So thanks to the both of those young men who are ahead of the game in my book!”
