While my initial goal was to determine the dealership's pricing, I ended up purchasing a car because of Daine's exceptional service and kindness. “Initially, I was very disappointed after picking up my car because I started having a tire pressure issue shortly after the repairs were marked as completed. Since I had specifically asked about the wheels and tires after the accident, this was especially frustrating.
However, after I left my review, the shop reached out to me and took responsibility by rechecking the issue and ultimately resolving it. They followed up, addressed the problem properly, and made sure everything was taken care of. While the initial experience and communication could have been better, I do appreciate that they did not ignore the issue and worked to fix it. The problem has now been resolved, and I’m updating my review to reflect that.”

My 2002 Tacoma needed a new bumper, due to rust, and even though this was a relatively small job, I truly felt like a valued customer throughout, which is rare these days, to get a quality service at a great price.
My estimator, Andy, was kind, efficient and very communicative throughout. RNR gave me the best quote, worked with me on options and when I finally picked up my truck, not only was the bumper beautiful, sparkling and new, the team had unexpectedly detailed it and I felt like I was driving off the showroom floor.

He went above and beyond to get it replace when my vehicle was having trouble getting the headlight out Zachary, Kyle and Ryan did not give up until the job was completed.

“Easy to make an appt and quick reception when I arrived. I had made an appt originally for a 6000 mile service but had to change it and then changed the appt to 12000 miles but it still showed as 6000. Service rep added an air filter and said that was only difference. I also mentioned a sticking passenger window and he said he would add it but the invoice/paperwork did not show that and the knob is still sticking.”

The team at Bellevue GMC advised me on what not to do to prevent further damage, they recommended a tow truck company which had experience at handling the situation and they allowed the insurance adjusters access to the truck. All this was done in a very timely and professional manner with frequent updates on status. I really appreciated the quality of service.”
