“Patrick Mulligan went above and beyond helping us with a transmission repair on our GMC Sierra. He was upfront and thorough with every diagnostic detail — walked us through exactly what was found, what was replaced, and why, instead of just handing us a vague summary. When we raised concerns about the vehicle's remaining warranty coverage, he took the extra step of submitting an extended coverage request to GM on our behalf without us having to push for it. Communication was clear and honest throughout, even when the news wasn't simple. This kind of transparency is hard to find at a dealership service department, and it made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend asking for Patrick if you need service work done here.”

“Easiest repeat purchase from a dealership ever. I have purchased from Matt before, and this time around, I was honestly delaying the inevitable of getting another company car because I just didn't want to lose a sunny summer day to hours inside of a dealership. While I was still working, I asked Matt how much could be done remotely, and we did everything but sign! I got to the dealership, signed in 10 minutes, shook some hands, and drove off like I was in a commercial. Believe me, these guys actually listen to you and will meet you where you're at. Matt is fantastic. Highly recommend. OH, and I spent the evening enjoying the sun. Mission accomplished.”

“I’ve been working with Rami for years now, and he’s always been my go-to guy at Cadillac of Bellevue. I just purchased my second Cadillac from him, and this time I finally made the move into an Escalade IQ — absolutely loving it! Rami has always made the entire process easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. He knows the product inside and out, keeps me updated, and most importantly, has always taken great care of me long after the sale. Two Cadillacs down, and I can confidently say this won’t be the last one I buy from Rami. If you’re looking for a Cadillac, do yourself a favor and ask for Rami. Highly recommend! — Scott”

“Hands down the most knowledgeable Porsche shop in the area if you aren't a fan of going through the dealerships for service (I'm not). They provided me a very thourough diagnostic for a problem with my 911 that had already stumped another local shop. This is now my go to Porsche mechanic.”

“I KNOCKED THE MIRROR OFF OF MY WRANGLER. EVERYTHING WAS STILL IN PLACE BUT I COULDNT PUSH THE MIRROR BACK INTO THE FRAME. I CALLED DOUGS THIS MORNING ASKING IF I COULD STOP BY AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT TO SEE IF THEY COULD PUSH IT BACK ON OR IF I NEEDED A NEW MIRROR. I HAD TO TAPE THE MIRROR SO IT WOULDNT JUST HANG. HE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TELLING ME WHAT TAPE WOULD BE OK TO USE; INCLUDING INFORMING ME NOT TO USE DUCT TAPE. I GOT THERE. HE CAME RIGHT OUT TO MY JEEP. HE WAS ABLE TO PUSH THE MIRROR BACK IN. THIS PROBABLY SAVED ME A FORTUNE. I WAS IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 5 MINS. I REALLY APPRECIATED YOUR ASSISTANCE AND SERVICE YOU PROVIDED TODAY. KUDOS!!”

“Amazing experience with Bel-Red, I can't recommend them more. I took my Polestar 2 there. Josiah at Bel-Red navigated all the insurance for me and I got everything covered (besides my deductible) after my initial insurance estimate through the app was about 8k less than what it ended up costing. And he set me up with a rental at Enterprise and handled all that. Fantastic experience.”

“My family and I have used RNR multiple times now for our repairs and modifications. Each visit the team here has been incredible, with communications and quality of work. Especially Shaun, Ryan and Alicia. Not to mention they were one of the shops to personally make a very special car a reality for me. Definitely recommend RNR to anyone looking for any automotive repairs or modifications.”

“Initially, I was very disappointed after picking up my car because I started having a tire pressure issue shortly after the repairs were marked as completed. Since I had specifically asked about the wheels and tires after the accident, this was especially frustrating. However, after I left my review, the shop reached out to me and took responsibility by rechecking the issue and ultimately resolving it. They followed up, addressed the problem properly, and made sure everything was taken care of. While the initial experience and communication could have been better, I do appreciate that they did not ignore the issue and worked to fix it. The problem has now been resolved, and I’m updating my review to reflect that.”

“Would highly recommend. Someone always answered the phone and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. I had an issue with an out of state title that took a long time to resolve. Eastside Junk Cars patiently helped me navigate the paperwork so that everything was ready for them to take possession of my old truck. They even picked up the vehicle without me needing to be present at the storage location. Excellent service, easy communication and scheduling, reliable, and fast. The whole package. Five stars. Thanks guys!”

“I had the dreaded startup cam phaser rattle on my 2017 3.5 F150 EcoBoost. I was recommended HKP Customs from a man I met at Lake Washington Cars & Coffee. I called them up for a quote and they offered to replace my cam phasers and also my entire timing system for the same price that the Ford dealership would replace just the cam phasers by themselves. The lead mechanic on my truck was Rob and he was very knowledgable on the subject and was fully transparent with everything and made sure I was 100% onboard with what he was doing. I was on a very short time crunch and had them do some extra work last minute like my sparkplugs, front brake pads/rotors and my oil pan and they gave me huge labor discounts due to the truck already being apart and still got it all done by the original time they promised me! The customer service was also amazing and quick with everything such as the updates and quotes/invoices. I even had some issues with my bank for the final payment and they helped me work through it. This is an amazing shop and I would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants some work on there vehicle done right, quick and priced fairly.”

“I had a great experience working with Max at Honda Bellevue. He is very knowledgeable about cars, has a genuinely nice personality, and most importantly, he is patient and never pushy. Max is totally different from the typical salesperson who seems like they’re just waiting for you to make a purchase. He takes the time to listen, answer your questions, and understand what you’re actually looking for. He helped me find the car I wanted while staying within my price range, and I never felt pressured into buying something that wasn’t right for me. If you’re looking for trust, professionalism, honesty, and someone who actually makes the car-buying experience enjoyable, go see Max at Honda Bellevue. I highly recommend him! Thank you Max,”

“I can’t say enough good things about Sound German Automotive. They spent over two hours on the phone with us, remotely reviewing our setup, helping us troubleshoot issues, and walking us through exactly what we needed to do to get the car performing the way it should. Their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were outstanding. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, especially from someone willing to dedicate that much time to making sure everything is right. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. Five stars honestly aren’t enough. Highly recommend Sound German Automotive!”

“You can tell a lot about a place not just by the initial installation (in my case, a stereo and backup cam on an older Porsche), but by how they work with you when things get a little weird. I was really happy with the initial installation on my Kenmore stereo. It sounded great and it looked a hell of a lot better than the aging PCM unit. But there were a couple weird issues: the GPS could never quite keep me on the roads and the second key wouldn't turn on the stereo at all. Derek and Sonny dug into what turned into a really complicated troubleshooting process and ended up entirely replacing the Kenmore unit. After that, it worked like a charm. These guys spent hours on making sure the install was perfect and every time I picked up the car after they worked on it, it was immaculate. I highly recommend this place for electronic work on your high-end car.”

“I called multiple parts stores, but none had a starter for my car. When I called here, I explained my issue, and they went above and beyond. They called me back within 10 minutes, saying they found one and could have it by tomorrow. The customer service was excellent, and the part was an affordable price! I’ll be coming here for all my Nissan parts needs!”
