Nice customer service and friendly staff at counter though it seems only 1 person in counter, that means you need to wait a bit.

First, make sure you travel to the Ground floor, park your car & then inside the building deeply hunt for their office inside (located at G floor). Staff is friendly, but do not expect a drop off or pick up facility from them.

I needed a car while mine was in the shop. I thought it might only be a week and it ended up being 3 weeks. The agent was very helpful.
