Went in as they are the only ones who carried the Exclusifs parfums line that I discovered earlier in Paris..the asian lady was extremely unpleasant, rude, and gave off a bad attitude when she was overhearing my consultation with another Chanel rep. She was completely wrapped up in new Chanel box ribbons and made me feel like I was a peasant undeserving of her status and time. I would never buy from them after this encounter. This was quite unexpected and will forever be remembered against the brand and its choice for incompetent sales reps. After reading some of the other synonymous reviews, this goes to show that department stores have a much better reputation for customer service & loyalty. They should have never even opened this store as it is devoid of all customers given the atrocious brand rep behavior.
Update: went in again a few months later and was greeted by another sales associate. She might have been at a managerial level. A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE overall! She might have saved the brand image in my eyes.

It was a joyful experience to visit the store, the staff was warm, welcome and helpful. Lastly, the wrapping service is the highlight of the visit. No one can do a better job than Chanel in the store. They make you feel so special.

My favorite place to shop! Incredibly clean and the staff are AMAZING! Energetic, helpful and knowledgeable. 5+ stars for sure!

Today I visited the channel store in Bellevue square mall “worst staff”…specially the “bald guy”
He was so rude ,not at all interested in selling !
If google has 0 star option ….i will definetly give that..!

I bought the Chanel Allure Blanche, Now over $200 for 5oz. Chanel asked for a review of my experience. I left a good review, however, I mentioned that the perfume doesn’t smell the same. They apparently overlooked my comment as no one acknowledged it. I then got the individual who sold me the perfume follow up and I mentioned the same thing. No one cared to acknowledge that the perfume formula was changed. I have been using this perfume since it came out. I also tested it with my old bottle, it doesn’t smell the same. I gave the perfume away as I didn’t care and even though this is not the same formula, it’s still a product and it was used. However I do not appreciate how they ignored my concern. Chanel is definitely not the same, higher prices, lower quality. I’ve never had this issue with Gucci, Hermes, Mancera, Parfum de Marley, Creed or any other cologne regularly buy, and I have over 100 bottles. After this, I’ll definitely not buying here anymore, I guess I’ll use the Chanel Allure Sport until they mess up the formula. I guess if they do, I still the Versace Pour Home that smells about the same, just less powdered. They definitely about the money nowadays. Stay Away! Try Mancera, Niche, quality, for less.

Deceitful, rude, arrogant staff. Never mind that I spend thousands upon thousands at Chanel and have an awesome rapport with staff throughout the entirety of California and Las Vegas as well as the online customer service, who are all so incredible, THIS store totally gives CHANEL A BAD NAME!!!! I know they are under new management and Chanel has not given them authority to make online purchases for Chanel customers and THIS STORE SHOULD NEVER HAVE THE RIGHT BESTOWED upon them. Collectively the staff is disgraceful. I have to give a star to post - regard that star as NEGATIVE

I encountered a very rude Asian staff here. The moment she heard that I’m here to try the product, her face visibly turned cold and inpatient. While I asked for help to put on the product as I’m a newbie, she was very reluctant. I later on asked her for the price, she said 500 and firmly repeated it several times. She later on joked that she was talking about it in a different currency - very funny. She would also say things like “we never do sales” to show her contempt. I ended up buying the exact same product from Nordstrom just because their staff was much nicer. Good job, rude lady!

If you visit Chanel store in Bellevue be careful. Check your receipt. I bought some products from them and I paid $300+I didn’t check the receipt (usually I never check receipts )After around a week I wanted to return one ombre eyeshadow and the cashier is asking. You are returning one from two? I said what do you mean. I got just one, why do I need two eyeshadows same color.At the end we figured that I paid for 2 eyeshadows and I didn’t even see. I told them to check the cameras because they have date and time of the purchase. They didn’t.The lady at the end refunded for two eyeshadows but she was looking at me like I’m lying and she didn’t even apologize that they charged me twice. Total silence and avoiding me.I’m a Chanel client for long time and I have bags and shoes from them but how they looked at me in this store I will not forget. For a $36 eyeshadow.This is not a true Chanel store. Chanel is a respected brand with a history and I feel sorry that some people don’t even understand that and they treat their clients this way.
