My experience here was positive and the staff were lovely. The nice lady working there even offered me a water while she boxed my items up. I tried at least 3-4 different items and she color matched me.

It was a joyful experience to visit the store, the staff was warm, welcome and helpful. Lastly, the wrapping service is the highlight of the visit. No one can do a better job than Chanel in the store. They make you feel so special.
