i’ve been here a few times and every time walk away completely pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of all the staff members here. The branch manager is also extremely warm and creates a personalized experience for customers.

I had a fantastic experience here with Alicia Tseng today who helped me open a new account. The process was very smooth and easy, and I really appreciated her help and guidance as she walked me through the process + Also showed me some new features I didn't know how to use on the Chase app!
