“Right downtown smack dab in Bellevue you have Capital One Cafe. You don't have to be a card holder member to enter however, you get some neat perks such as half off signature drinks if you do have a Capital One card. The service, drinks, and atmosphere here is phenomenal. The building itself is spectacular and very aesthetic. Highly recommend to check it out if you're visiting the Bellevue Mall as it's right across the street.Dietary restrictions: They had an option for oat milk.”

“Update January 25, 2019: Today I called David Ishii, Manager of the Crossroads branch. I asked, and he was able to deliver, on short notice, an estimate of my interest earnings from all my accounts during 2019. I asked if there was any charge. And he said that there is no charge. He produced a professionally done one page document on Washington Federal letterhead that I needed for an application next week. If Washington Federal corporate is reading this, give this man a raise! Thank you David!”

“6 years ago I had a serious problem with my last bank and I asked around for a new one. A friend of mine told me "Banner is the only bank which never made me cry". I have been EXTREMELY happy with Banner! Their attitude is always "how can we make this work" rather than "we can't do that". An example is when the IRS sent me (the executor) a check for my mother who had passed away made out to my mother. They made it possible to deposit it without having to have the IRS reissue it. A more recent example is when my husband's wallet was pickpocketed in Italy. We had to cancel many credit cards, our debit cards, and our checking account. They helped me figure out (long distance) how one account was still safe and I could get money out of it if I needed it. And Banner was the only one giving sympathy for the whole mess!I have many, many more examples. Basically, they are a bank who cares about their customers.”

I recommend them to my clients that I set up, review, and train one-on-one in QuickBooks and Quicken on the Eastside. Why? Because unlike US Bank, they allow free downloads into both of those software packages.”

“This positing is about the Visa I received and not the branch. I will have to go into the Bellevue banch and ask the guy who helped me before with the Debit card to figure this out. The BECU form I recieved with the new Visa has a different card number on the form as that on the Visa card. It took the ee a lot of time to clean up the Debit card. Now the same thing with the Visa. The # on the form doesn't even come close to the # on the card. BECU corporate, get your act together or you farming this stuff out to people who doen't speak or understand english. This is no way to run a financial institution.”

“Beautiful new branch in Bellevue. The entrance is in the lobby of the Columbia West building, off of 108th. The same building as Bake's Place. Some street parking or garage entrance on 107th. Members get parking ticket validated.”

“I came in a bit frustrated, as I had already applied for an account online and was told I just had to go in to show my ID. Turns out I had to start the process all over again. I was very annoyed but tried to stay calm, and the personnel there were very kind and patient which helped the process run smoothly. It took some time to open the account, but I appreciate the pleasant attitudes that made an annoying errand less painful than I thought it would be. The five stars are for the employees and for the nice atmosphere - snacks, coffee, and toys to entertain the kids at this location. Thanks WAFD Eastgate :-)”

“This review is LONG overdue. I found Movement after having to drop my previous lender due to unresponsiveness. When we started shopping around for a new lender, Movement caught my eye because of their claim to fame 7 day close- and us, not being the top tier home buyer and have to scrape together every dollar for our downpayment/ closing costs after saving for years... we needed any upper hand we could, and a 7 day close was the closest to "cash" we could get and try to compete with some of these cash buyers. I called and by chance got the number to Brad Overlin. We spoke a bit, he asked what we were looking for, I explained our credit wasn't the best and he helped give us tips on getting our credit up and what our options were if it stayed the same. He explained that since COVID and how everything is right now, they are more in a position to offer a 15 day close. Still better than 30-45 days! We took a few months to get some things off our credit and the next time I called back, he picked up the phone and said "Hi Adrianna!" Of course he saved my name and number, but he also ANSWERED! That pattern continued, anytime I had a question (yes I was a semi annoying first time homebuyer), he answered... and if he didn't, I usually got a text that said he'd call me back as soon as he was done with (insert task). Suuuuper communicative and helpful. After placing our first bid (in Washington State) and not being selected, shortly after, my job relocated me to San Diego... super grateful Brad and Movement was licensed to work in California! Brad worked well with my realtor and they were an amazing team that got our house closed in 15 days, which kept us competitive in this crazy SoCal Market! Thank you Brad!! Sorry this took so long!!”

“I am honestly shocked at the low reviews here. My husband had all of our business accounts with US bank and the team at this branch is by far the nicest and most personal. There have been several times since the revised-procedures for Covid that I have been under-prepared (no deposit slips, forgot my account number, driving up right as they are closing (today)) and they always help with a smile. I literally have never had a bad experience here! Sad that more of their happy customers don't post, but they are worth your business!”

“I came in here 10 minutes to close. Usually any other bank would hurry me through. But I cashed my check and then had a question that only a manager could answer. She was happy to look up the info I needed. She held a polite conversation and acted like I was the most important person ever. I ended up resolving my issue and leaving 10 minutes after the bank had closed. It was great to see that.”
