“They are great at this branch, extremely friendly and helpful. This branch also has a drive through which is nice. The only downside is that most days of the week it's the only branch that's open. Umpqua has chosen to have all of their other stores on the Eastside to be closed most days of the week so if you need to do a cash transaction you will have to drive to this location which for some (like ourselves) is pretty far out of our way. I am thankful for the team at this branch though!”
