Kevin, one of the designers at the Bellevue store, was SO helpful. He was able to quickly analyze my guest room floor plan and recommend some great picks. The furniture arrived and is perfect! He even showed me some fabrics and pillows to work with it all.

My matching chairs are beautiful. Gorgeous fabric. Lovely tailoring. However, the arm cover protectors for which I paid extra, are not of the quality tailoring and look sloppy on the chairs. I emailed my salesperson to express my disappointment. I never heard back from her.
