“I purchased two lounge chairs and a side table for my back yard. Summer House and their delivery team was professional and delivered the chairs/table quickly. I was notified by text and email the day before to confirm the delivery time window. ON the day of deliver, they kept me informed about the delivery driver's progress and provided me a link to see where the truck was on the map. Good experience all around, and the chairs and table are really nice (which I expected given the price).”

I can’t tell you how great that made me feel. I’ll be making a special trip into the store just to shake Toni’s hand; maybe a hug! Toni is very personable and professional and is a tribute to your organization, promote Toni!”

“I can’t speak highly enough about the Ethan Allen showroom in Bellevue, WA. My partner and I purchased a custom designed Reede chair in green leather and it came out absolutely stunning! The quality of the chair is of utmost design and the fit and finish of its build is rugged and refined. It’s heavy to which tells me that it’s well made. I can’t write this review without mentioning Chandler and Kevin for all their work in helping my partner and I find the perfect piece. We are quite picky so if your type a like me and care about the finer things in life, shop here, you won’t be disappointed. Kevin and Chandler if you see this, thank you! 🙏. We couldn’t be happier.”

“this target is conveniently the only large convenience store in the area, and local residents are LUCKY for its quality. the interior is clean and organized, staff meet the par for friendliness, and the shelves generally stay stocked. that being said, there is absolutely NOTHING exceptional about this target other than its role as an exciting hide and seek arena, and its close proximity to t&t. I would also like to note my disappointment at the negative attitude the staff had towards us while we played on the display Nintendo switch”

“Working with Marie Harris, the owner of Veritibles, was an absolute pleasure. Her aesthetic is truly unique - refined, sophisticated, and beautifully unexpected without ever feeling trendy or overdone. She has extraordinary ability to combine pieces, textures, colors, and arcitectural details in a way that feels both collected and cohesive. Her interiors have a sense of personality. They are elegant without being precious, polished without feeling staged, and distinctive without trying too hard. She has an incredible eye for proportion and detail, and she brings a level of thoughtfulness and restraint to her designs. I cannot recommend Marie highly enough”

“I went to the Target Bellevue location to get A23 batteries, but I couldn't find them. I asked the staff at the return item section, and the lady and Sunny at the counter helped me look it up on their machine. They said they have it in stock, and Sunny searched around for me. I appreciate their assistance and hope their boss recognizes their hospitality.”

“Convenient location if you're out doing chores, but the store is a little small. I've noticed that about most places in Bellevue but say looking for men's polos there was one brand only, and the rest of the selection felt the same. Nothing else to really mention, usual Target store just small.”

“Rubie and the team at West Elm/Williams Sonoma are hands down some of the best customer experience professionals I’ve ever dealt with. We ordered 3 couches and a bed, and the bed arrived completely wrong - incorrect color and size. I was bummed because we were rebuilding our home after a natural disaster, and finally moving back in after over half a year away, and I couldn’t stomach the thought of sleeping on a mattress on the floor while waiting for a new bed. Rubie showed sympathy and compassion by helping me navigate the situation. She advocated to WS to leave the incorrect bed in the interim so we had something to sleep on. This small act made all the difference in the world to us. The new bed was just delivered (and incorrect bed picked up) and I couldn’t be happier. I am beyond grateful to the teams at WE and WS for their amazing support - they truly care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult time, a little less difficult.”
