“Went to Mattress Firm store at Crossroads Mall to check out the various mattresses. Jared, the store manager, listened to what we were interested in and showed us multiple options. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about the different mattresses. Chose a Stearn & Foster mattress along with a new bed frame that will elevate the bed.The whole process of selecting and purchasing the mattress was very low pressure and enjoyable. Thank you Jared for making buying a mattress a fun process! I’m looking forward to the delivery and setup!”

“I can’t speak highly enough about the Ethan Allen showroom in Bellevue, WA. My partner and I purchased a custom designed Reede chair in green leather and it came out absolutely stunning! The quality of the chair is of utmost design and the fit and finish of its build is rugged and refined. It’s heavy to which tells me that it’s well made. I can’t write this review without mentioning Chandler and Kevin for all their work in helping my partner and I find the perfect piece. We are quite picky so if your type a like me and care about the finer things in life, shop here, you won’t be disappointed. Kevin and Chandler if you see this, thank you! 🙏. We couldn’t be happier.”

I asked the staff at the return item section, and the lady and Sunny at the counter helped me look it up on their machine. They said they have it in stock, and Sunny searched around for me. “this target is conveniently the only large convenience store in the area, and local residents are LUCKY for its quality. the interior is clean and organized, staff meet the par for friendliness, and the shelves generally stay stocked. that being said, there is absolutely NOTHING exceptional about this target other than its role as an exciting hide and seek arena, and its close proximity to t&t. I would also like to note my disappointment at the negative attitude the staff had towards us while we played on the display Nintendo switch”

I placed an order online and was told I would receive $500 in rewards. However, there appeared to be an issue with the system or coordination between Crate & Barrel and Imprint. The Imprint credit card was repeatedly rejected by Crate & Barrel, even after I called Imprint around ten times and also contacted Crate & Barrel to update the payment method and resolve the issue.
Each time I contacted Imprint, they were “pleased” to inform me that there was no restriction on the card and that everything should work. But then the card would be rejected again by Crate & Barrel. This back-and-forth caused at least a one-week delay in the order delivery and created a lot of unnecessary frustration.
After multiple attempts and no clear resolution, I eventually had to use my own credit card to complete the purchase because the process was going nowhere. As a result, Crate & Barrel and Imprint effectively got to keep the $500 in rewards that I was supposed to receive.
A customer should not have to spend that much time going back and forth between two companies only to lose the rewards they were promised.”
“Rubie and the team at West Elm/Williams Sonoma are hands down some of the best customer experience professionals I’ve ever dealt with.
We ordered 3 couches and a bed, and the bed arrived completely wrong - incorrect color and size. I was bummed because we were rebuilding our home after a natural disaster, and finally moving back in after over half a year away, and I couldn’t stomach the thought of sleeping on a mattress on the floor while waiting for a new bed.
Rubie showed sympathy and compassion by helping me navigate the situation. She advocated to WS to leave the incorrect bed in the interim so we had something to sleep on. This small act made all the difference in the world to us.
The new bed was just delivered (and incorrect bed picked up) and I couldn’t be happier. I am beyond grateful to the teams at WE and WS for their amazing support - they truly care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult time, a little less difficult.”
