While the location is convenient, being across from a mall, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property leave much to be desired. The rooms with kitchens are small, and the cleaning service is only provided biweekly. The breakfast offering is limited, consisting mainly of coffee and snacks, making it less suitable for longer stays. However, the staff are generally described as friendly and courteous, and the new manager has made some improvements to the property. The pricing can be an issue, with guests noting that the rates are too high, especially when discounts are not available. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel can still be a decent option for a short-term stay, particularly for those who prioritize convenience over luxury.
Not the fanciest hotel in town, but the staff and location more than make up for it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is hard to beat and made getting around incredibly easy. If you value great service and convenience, this place is worth considering.
