“We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue for my wife’s birthday weekend, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.

We wanted a relaxing little getaway where we could celebrate her birthday, enjoy Bellevue, do some shopping, eat good food, and simply spend time together. The Hyatt Regency Bellevue turned out to be a perfect choice.

One of the biggest surprises came when we arrived at our room. The hotel had prepared a beautiful birthday welcome for my wife with a bottle of sparkling wine, two glasses, chocolates, and a personalized Happy Birthday card. It was completely unexpected and immediately made the weekend feel special. Those thoughtful little details are what separate a good hotel stay from a memorable one.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. Being right in downtown Bellevue made it incredibly convenient to walk around, shop, find restaurants, and enjoy the city without constantly needing to drive somewhere. After a full day out, it was nice being able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing hotel.

The staff also made a great impression. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. We never felt like just another room number. The birthday surprise especially showed that someone took the time to make our stay personal.

My wife had a wonderful birthday weekend, and that was exactly what I wanted for her. We left Bellevue with great memories and genuinely appreciated the effort the Hyatt Regency team put into making the occasion special.

“Really wanted to give 5 stars but they have those motion detector thermostats where it shuts off if there is no movement in the room. Woke up multiple times in the night to a hot room. Other than that, the hotel was excellent in every way. However, I would choose elsewhere based on this. Shouldn't sacrifice comfort to save a few bucks on energy.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard. High standard of gym equipment, better than most. Room seems to have been refreshed at least semi-recently and not showing signs of wear. Light fittings are all individually switched and can be tricky to find the switches for which is a little inconvenient but when that's the nit you find to pick, you're probably doing ok! Bed mattress also maybe towards the latter half of its life, and/or a little firm.”

“We stayed at The Westin Bellevue while visiting from Portland for the long holiday weekend, and it was a great experience for our family. We wanted to find a place that was centralized and within walking distance of the places we wanted to visit, and The Westin definitely fit that perfectly.

The location is very convenient, right across from the mall and close to a lot of great restaurants. Customer service was excellent, and our room was very nice. We also had a great view of downtown Seattle from our room and could even see the Space Needle, which was a nice bonus.

There was a park just a few blocks away that we took our kids to, and they really enjoyed it. The pool was also great, and our kids loved spending time there. Overall, we were able to really relax and enjoy the trip. We’ll definitely stay at The Westin Bellevue again the next time we’re in town.”

“Stayed here not the first time and like this property a lot. Good location to everything and in Walking distance. The Rooms are typically Marriott and provide everything you need. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in this property.
The M Club serves good Breakfast daily until 10:00am. Shot out for Mr Richard, he runs the Lounge perfectly even when it is packed. Refill of food items even 5min before closing the buffet.”

There was some miscommunication and technical issues with my third party app, long story short, they packed up my room and accommodated me for the inconvenience on my behalf. “We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, clean and didnt smell like smoke hotel here in Bellevue. The place has a beautiful ambiance and is located near a 24 hour Mexican Restaurant with a drive thru and also Red Robin's Restaurant. The hotel has convenient parking spots and you can easily access your room. There is also and indoor pool and outdoor heated area to lounge. The staff are always accessible and they answer your needs very fast! Thanks to Matthew and the hotel our stay was amazing ? highly recommended ? plus it smells good inside the hotel and no smoke!”

“My family of four (two adults, two kids) stayed at the Hilton Bellevue July 17 – July 19, 2026. Our two-night stay was mostly positively but I would be remiss if I didn’t point out a couple areas for improvement.

Upon arriving at the hotel site, we were very impressed with its size and beauty. When you walk in, you can’t help but say “This is a nice place.” Beyond just the initial first impression of the gorgeous lobby and elegant restaurant/bar, when you actually get to your room the classiness continues. We had just a basic two queen room but it was very spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities. You will feel right at home and comfortable…including when it comes to the bed. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud it was so comfy.

The pool area is great. It is gated and well-manicured. The pool has a deep end and the shallow end won’t be shallow enough for kids under 7 to touch so just keep that in mind. There is a hot tub too but during our pool outing on Friday night we thought we could smell gas. Sure enough, later in the weekend it was shut down.

You really can’t beat the location of the Hilton Bellevue. It is a two-minute walk to the Light Rail station and within a short drive of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. You have to pay to park on-site but at least there is plenty of space to always find a spot and you don’t have to drive up some archaic parking garage.

With all those nice things the Hilton Bellevue has going for it, just a couple things to point out. We didn’t get any maid service due to “labor shortages.” It was a little disheartening to be out all Saturday and then come back to the room late at night to no towels, unmade beds, and trash cans still full. Because we paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars to stay at this property, I think a better effort should be put forth to offer at least basic service. When I called down to the front desk to request more towels (that is what the note they put under the door encouraged us to do if we truly needed more towels) the lady was very rude to me. Also, for those of us who love going to hotels for an above average shower experience, don’t expect that at the Hilton Bellevue. Our water was most of the time lukewarm and the water pressure left a lot to be desired. Also, I know it is a Hilton but paying $27 for a very basic room service waffle for my daughter is excessive.

The Hilton Bellevue is a nice property that is clean and convenient. It isn’t perfect and isn’t cheap but you definitely won’t be walking into a disaster. 😎”

“Loved the location! I was attending meetings near the local Bellevue/Seattle Temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and this put me about four minutes away. Wonderful staff. Adequate breakfast. Very reasonable price (Priceline). Would stay here again!”

“Not the fanciest hotel in town, but the staff and location more than make up for it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is hard to beat and made getting around incredibly easy. If you value great service and convenience, this place is worth considering.
