“The location is easy to access, and the pumps are well-maintained and available 24/7. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get a little congested during peak hours, and the layout doesn’t always make for the easiest flow of traffic. But overall, it’s one of the better fuel stations in Bellevue.”
“I regularly refuel at this gas station, but today I tried their auto repair the first time. One of my tires turned flat for no obvious reason. A very friendly mechanic checked my tire very carefully for at least 30 mins and put it back to my car, told me he did not find out any problem, so the tire is technically good. Just keep a close eye on it. The service is totally free of charge! We don't know what happened to my tire (and it works well now), but I do know that I highly recommend this place and that friendly mechanic, his names is Bryce.”
“Great place to get some basic services done to your vehicle. Had an oil change and transmission fluid change done here for a very good price compared to the area. The shop also calls to make sure I confirm the work that will be done before they start based on their initial inspections. Highly recommend.”

“For a quick wash, the service was great! I purchased the deluxe version for a few more dollars and was happy with the results. My car went from being covered in bird poop to clean. It was a cold morning but the car wash staff was ready to go. Only critique I have was that I was given a dirty rag to wipe down the inside of my car. I did not really need it but it would have been nice to have (hence the 4 stars). I recommend the owner increase the price a few more dollars to help pay the staff better and for cleaner materials. I will keep this place in mind for future quick car washes. Thank you staff!”
“The local smoke shops are charging 38$ for the same Geek Bar that you can purchase here at this Arco for 26.41$. . The guy at the smoke shop said it was because of some embargo. . Right. . The regular Bars are 26.41$. . The large ones with the rockets and stars are bit more because they come with more content inside. . Best price in town for Geek Bars. . The manager is really cool. . Great place to get coffee and a snack. . Good price on fuel. . Five ⭐'s . . ? ?. . . .”

“We have been really happy with the service at Seattle Boat Company - especially from Elizabeth McPhail. She has actually sold us 2 new boats in the last 2 years. She was very helpful in educating us in the selections, updating us with the order, and helping get us some additional items that Malibu forgot to include. She makes the difference and is the reason why we keep coming back. Elizabeth in finance was also amazing, and the delivery with Tommy was great too!”

“The location is great as it is listed in a prime location near downtown Bellevue that is across from Uwajimaya and down the street from Best Buy, Home Depot and Whole Foods Market. This Shell has a Jacksons convenience store and a car wash. There is a discount given on gas if you get a car wash at the same time. Gas prices are moderately priced for the area. I like the easy street access to enter and exit this gas station. This makes it easier to head where you want to go without having to turn around.”

“All the girls here rock! I appreciate everyone so much! No matter what time of day I come in! I love coming in later at night when Kaylas there! She knows the area so well! I was wicked bummed I stopped by tonight and shes not there!! Idk if it's to early or her day off but tell her that Honey Ham place by Fred Myers she recommended was really good! I'm new to the area and stopping at Jackson shell is always great because Kayla can always help me with my gas, cigarettes, and snacks plus point me in the direction of food! Thanks Jackson Shell for hiring people like Kayla and Megan! One day I came in too because my car ran out of gas at the exit on my way to shell and I had to walk in and Megan was a doll!! Megan helped me get a gas can fill it up even came out to the pump because I couldn't figure out how to create a seal with the pump and the gas can! Megan genuinely cared about me and me safely getting to my car! Again thank you Jackson for hiring people like Megan and Kayla!! Because of people like Kayla and Megan covering Jackson Shell 24 hours a day I know my needs are always met with smile! I will always come here as long as their here and will always refer people to this location!”

“I am giving this small, overpriced and super friendly Shell gas station 4***! The staff here is friendly with a chill vibe, always going about their day in a quietly positive manner. This store has a drive thru car wash that appears to be pretty well liked. They do have hot good morning coffee!!”

“The cashier was quite friendly and helpful. I stopped for an ice coffee and gas. There were quite a few options of drip coffee and push-button ready made "designer" coffees. I looked for a soda machine with an ice dispenser, but they didn't have one. Just canned and bottled sodas in the fridges. I asked about an ice dispenser so I could ice down my coffee and was told there wasn't one. The cashier went to the back and grabbed a cup of ice for me-so nice. I wish I would've looked at her badge so I could give a proper kudos on this review. She was so kind, I'll be back every week to gas up when I leave work.”
