Just tried the shredded mozzarella. Best non dairy cheese I've tried. Threw many brands in the garbage. I thought it was going to be another $6 in the garbage. Boy was I surprised. Still cannot believe how it melted perfectly and without that funky taste other brands have. Will definitely try their other cheeses.
