“I called the Bellevue location and talked to Shelly, I described to her my weaving projects and that I needed a sewing machine to help me with serging ends as well as hem thicker rolled fabric. I was stuck at work and couldn't go in person to look at machines right away, and she was so patient and knowledgeable..we discussed several options that could work for me. Ultimately I was able to make it in before they closed and she helped me again, spent time with me doing demonstrations with machines there. She was so helpful, I'm so thankful there is a shop with so many wonderful people working! I love my new machines, I'm 110% happy with my purchases and would highly recommend this store!”

Geoff, at Tap's Bellevue store, took excellent care of me, answering questions, suggesting ways to get it done right, and being very helpful with questions I had. “The store brand kid’s craft supplies are reliably good quality. I wish they would stop the coupon dance and just drop prices 30% across the board. I don’t understand the purpose of online-only coupons, are they trying to become an online storefront? How are they imagining that is going to work?”
“Your basic craft store. Decent selection of whatever you want to create. The only problem I had was the prices......they are kinda expensive, is it worth the price? Mine was for that day but not shopping there multiple times a month, that's for sure. :)”
