Go in to buy watercolor pencils, notice a display of bookbinding equipment: boom, now you make books out of your watercolors and you are 100% more interesting than you were when you walked in. :)Super helpful/friendly staff and endless fun inside.”

“A great store, anything and everything modern you will find here. By modern, I mean the comic books. If you are looking for older comic books you won't find them here however, loooots of modern and up to date comic books available and plenty of other books as well. DnD / Pathfinder merchandise and a good selection of dice. Good collection of MTG and others sold here and some single cards are in showcases if you want to buy some goodies to beef up your deck. Lots of board games here so if you want an awesome game for a gathering / party, give these guys a chance. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and spend as much time going through their store which is always an A+ in my book. Come on by and support our local comic book stores wherever they may be! ?”

Fast forward 20 years and a different location across the street, I am more than happy to say that this great business is still there and providing model toy kits. Their prices are competitive and I was able to find a kit that I have been looking for. The owner is very kind and was willing to answer any questions I had. “Needed a very specific car for my father's birthday. Found the exact model online with a week to go and ordered it 2nd day air to be safe. Looked at the tracking info this morning and it wasn't going to get here till late next week!! So I found this shop online and took a trip downtown (the phone number listed isn't correct), total hail Mary to try and save the day.Google maps steered me wrong, but once I found my way to the shop (deep in the bowels of the super interesting / eclectic Pike Place Market), it was exactly what I was looking for! The owner was helpful and friendly, the car I needed was within arms reach and the price was reasonable (a bit more than online prices, but I didn't have to factor in shipping).10/10 would shop here again.”

“Came across this location of the official Seattle Kraken team store as we were going to the Space Needle. The store occupied one corner of The Armory, which contains other restaurants and stores. It's a 5-minute walk from the Climate Pledge Arena and the store is well stocked with Kraken jerseys, toys, shirts, and accessories. Friendly staff.”

“So cool. My wife and I were so excited about the wood puzzles here. It's so hard to find such cool wood puzzles like these ones. We used to get specialty wood puzzles for our kids from Michael's, but they stopped carrying them. When we found this place while exploring the historic pike place market, it was like finding a special gem inside an enchanted forest. This was an amazingly fun project for us, and we were really happy about it. Thanks so much for the fun project.”

“I was on the hunt for a varied selection of freshwater pearls and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing selection of pearls Samual had! I felt like I was at a gem show as there was a HUGE selection of different sizes, colors and textured pearls! Prices were very reasonable and I bought 2 strands each of 20 different colors and have already used many of them for my creations. I've got lots of craft shows this summer so I'll be going back again soon to get more! They also had a lot of natural stone & semi-precious stone strands as well as many interesting charms & carved pendants. Samuel was very pleasant and helpful too. I can't wait to go back!”

“If you're looking for coins or stamps - this is a great find! The owner's spouse was the first to approach me and offer help. I explained that it was my first time to visit and just wanted to inspect the displays before focusing on the Morgan Dollars. The highly experienced and knowledgeable owner was engaging and helpful, but not overly so. He answered questions when asked while also taking care of phone calls and online shipment orders. I found two great coins and will definitely visit again.”
“Good prices, for singles it’s within a dollar of what it would be on TCG player so definitely worth a stop if you wanna pick up some stuff for your collection. Good place to sit down and play as well with a wide sitting area. Out of all the places I’ve been too this one is top 10 for card stores. Seems very family friendly as well.”
