I went into this branch today to verify my identity for an HSBC UK account. Sunny was friendly, professional, and above all very helpful. I was able to sort out my account quickly and without any hassle.

Staffs here are not helpful. Do not bank with them unless you have accounts with other major US banks.

One of the worst branches . The ATM,s at this brach is nonoperational for a week and the branch people including branch manager do not have the basic decency of putting out of order sign at the ATM .
