Booked an appointment online for a urine test at 3:15pm. Got there on time. Receptionist rudely told me they stop doing urine tests at 3pm. I even showed her the appointment confirmation on my phone. She didn't care one bit. No apology for the inconvenience. Zero customer service. Wasted half my day and will have to go back again tomorrow. Labcorp is basically a monopoly so they just don't care because there's no where else to go.

One of the worst experiences I have had anywhere in a long time. The owners/cooperate is obviously understaffing and it’s leading to burnout.
This location was so bad- I never write negative reviews but I wrote into the corporate office
Shame on them for not giving enough staff here for this place to function properly, for the staff to have time to address people and assist.
I would avoid this location if possible.

First off: I do not blame the employees here for the dreadful experience. Adam E Schecter took home $20MILLION dollars last year. If he could be satisfied with a ~measly~ $19MILLION, they could hire 10 more employees at 80k/year each and be open 7 days a week (with 200k left over for benefits and improvements to the no-human-involvement check in process). Adam E Schecter is simply a selfish person, as are the shareholders of this company.
This location is severely overworked and undersupported. I have had to come in 2 days in a row to try and get a simple urine drug test. Both check in kiosks crashed on me. It was not made clear to me until I had been sitting for about 40 minutes that while I was checked in, they could not do my test (urine drug tests are only done before 3pm).
I saw one woman have some problem where she got kicked out of the queue and then couldn't get added back on, so she also had to come back another day thru no fault of her own.
Apparently you cant make appointments for drug tests for some reason. They need to be open on weekends, because some people work M-F 9-5 and *cannot* come during business hours, or leave *several hours early* to get the short window for drug testing. There seems to be an hour or more wait for any testing, regardless of time of day.

Lots of people waiting in the lobby but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I checked-in online 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

I booked an appointment online weeks in advance, I show up, check in, and it designates me a walk-in appointment. The receptionist is sadly one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in a “professional” setting. Maybe she’s having a bad day, but snapping and reprimanding your patients is really not it. LabCorps will probably never see (and never care) about this review. But if you want to avoid being treated like garbage, I’d go somewhere else.

Extremely rude staff. They also do not help understand what tests were already drawn for and whether they all match what the care provider ordered.

This location was the most unprofessional LabCorp I've been to. Time sensitive orders and medications are a big factor with patients and they seem to have no consideration for it. Staff has no urgency and operate at a very slow pace. With only a few patients waiting, the time between checking in and being drawn was over an hour. I highly recommend getting your lab work at a location that is more professional

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful staff. Avoid this location like the plague. Go to Kirkland, Everett or anywhere else. Absolutely shameful behavior.

Don’t go there, you need to wait for 2+ hours after check in, even you made appointment. I would give 0 star if I can.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst Labcorp location I’ve ever visited. I understand the need for privacy and order in the waiting room, but there’s a way to communicate with patients without being rude or disrespectful.
The receptionist (lip/face piercing, slicked-back hair) displayed an unprofessional attitude from the start. Asking individuals to back up in a manner that wasnt needed. Her tone and demeanor were unnecessarily condescending, making the experience uncomfortable and frustrating.
If someone dislikes working with patients, they should consider a different role, preferably one without customer interaction, until they’ve learned basic respect and professional communication.
I now understand why this location has such low ratings. I’ve been to facilities in far rougher areas and still been treated with more courtesy and dignity. I expected far better from Labcorp.

Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Abrupt. Very rude to every person that has a question. I was there for some bloodwork and they said they did not know what the 5th order was for. She told me she could do 4 of the 5, but the 5th order was foreign to her. I explained it was for a fasting glucose and that I will be back in a few days to fast for that 5th order (but draw for the 4 now 5 orders) and will also confirm with the doctor on the 5th order. She falsely submitted labs for the 5th order saying she drew the blood for the 5th so it appears as a result though I did not fast for it. I went back this morning after fasting for 12 hours and she said she did not have the paperwork anymore. I reminded her of the conversation we had in person two days prior that the 5th order was for a fasting glucose. She STILL told me she had no clue what that is, but they submitted to my doc and insurance that they did a glucose test! Not only are they rude, unhelpful and unfriendly, but they falsified the labs. How can they say they don’t know what they are drawing for then turn around and submit that they drew for that order? Broken system. Going forward, all blood draws at Evergreen or Swedish. No more LabCorp, especially this location. They just don’t care.

If I could give 0 starts or even negative stars I would. Front desk was rude and unhelpful, made an appointment but was told
I could walk in if I got there early to possibly be seen sooner. I got there at 8 and she wouldn't talk to anyone just kept saying use the kiosk so I did, I asked if I was on the wait list and she said yes. I didn't see my name on the board which is why I asked, and I wanted to make sure I wasn't just checked in for my 10 am appointment, my name showed up eventually with an a for appointment so I went to the front desk to ask her, at this point everyone who was there when I got there in front and behind me in line had already been seen and they were seeing people who walked in after me, turns out I was only checked in for the 10 am appointment and waited over an hour for no reason. She was really rude about it and wouldn't switch me to the walk in list. I left and went to the other nearby labcorp at 1200 116th which I highly recommend! The staff there is excellent, I will only be going to that location or others never again the 1310 location!

The women at the reception with dark hair treated me with a level of contempt I haven’t experienced in quite some time! Come prepared to be treated with great unkindness.

I was so surprised to see how rude the front desk staff was. Unbelievably rude and zero customer service manner. If you can choose another place, don't go here.
