My test failed twice in the last two-three weeks. First failure: specimen too old. Second failure: specimen not received at refrigerated temperature.

I gotta give a shoutout to the staff here. Everyone was moving and working hard. Shoutout Chaireese specifically, she was so great. No one likes waiting in long lines but she assured we’d get moving soon. Overall a great energy and very reasonable wait time despite a full lobby. Give that woman her raise!!!
