The tow truck came within 20 min of getting my call. More importantly, he was really helpful in helping me decide the best course of action. And he soothed my nerves, which were pretty fried considering my sienna broke down in the middle of an intersection. And the price is fair. Thanks Jerry!

The gentleman who works the front desk/impound lot is always so gracious, patient, and kind. They are punctual and will immediately do their best to get your car back to you. A+

called the company, driver Greg came within an one hour to tow my car away- on time very efficient. Greg is very friendly, has a sense of humor super helpful. Hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do, Isben towing company would be my only and top choice.

This is a horrible company that takes advantage of people in difficult situations. Our son was in an accident in Bellevue on his way back to college. The tow truck driver would not allow him to get his things due to the dangers of accessing his vehicle after the accident. The driver allowed him to get his things once they arrived at the lot and said he would not charge him to due the circumstances of not being allowed to access his vehicle prior. Not only are we now being charged for him accessing his vehicle, the company will not take any payment over the phone and we are told we need to make the payment in person. We live in Yakima and our son (who now doesn't have a car) lives in Bellingham. This is the middle of winter with a blizzard warning in the mountain passes over the next few days. We will be charged fees every 12 hours until we can pay in person. Who doesn't take payment over the phone these days?!? This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people who are in unfortunate circumstances. SHAME ON YOU!

They were towing cars at my apartment building and used one of those cars to hit my *legally* parked car. I saw them getting ready to tow, and even asked beforehand if they would like me to move my car. They declined.So, if you want the towing truck company to not hit other cars, should probably call someone else. Apparently, they hit several different cars in my building, and the driver told management to just send them a bill for damages. Doesn't seem like they care very much.

Matt was timely efficient and so easy to work with. We had been assigned to another tow company by our insurance who took 3+ hours and no show. Mac was there with in 20 minutes and we were on our way- car was delivered to the shop with no issues.Service: Car towing
