Macy's credit card is a total scum, avoid it at all cost. A single cologne which is $130 online, costed me $200 and 39 credit scores plus the stress it has given me for last few months.
I tried to pay off credit card many times through mobile app and website, but I could not because of trashy Macy's mobile app and website. I got the credit card for some discounts, but regret it forever.
Finally went to Lynnwood Macy's in person to pay off card. a disgusting customer service added up to all of the above.

I bought three Celebrity Pink jeans from Macy’s in Bellevue. Thankfully, I returned the white one before using it, but the other two wore out quickly. The fabric tore at the inner thighs, and threads came loose, leaving small holes. Really disappointing quality and experience.
