Macy's is ok here - no specific complaints, but I get a generally overly corporate feel from this store/too sterile. Would love a more homely feeling.

Aysel in the watches department has been amazing and she has had so much patience with us until I found the perfect watch.She made sure that she ordered it from another store and kept us updated when it come in and delivered it,adjust it and made sure that we were happy.
