I asked them to look at an unusual piece of mine, they did and even cleaned it up so nicely! It was corroded and tarnished when I brought it in, and shiny when I got it back. I wish I had taken a before picture so everyone could see the stunning transformation.

Marci has our loyalty for life. They have treated us SO well over the years, from selecting and designing engagement rings, to restoring family heirlooms. I had a wonderful experience at Marci jewelry. John and the rest of the team were incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I checked out a few other jewelry stores and none came even close to providing the level of customer service at Marci’s. The end result was a beautiful engagement ring!
