The space is so inviting and we found it so interesting that the studio was visible in the back. Erich, our designer is amazing. He listened to our past experience and made us feel so welcome. After telling Erich our design and vision for the ring, he was able to draft a design and it was perfect. Additionally, Erich is so well versed in the design process which made us feel very comfortable. Green Lake does a great job of involving you in every step of the design process from start to finish. When my fiancée saw the ring she was speechless. She told me that truly received her DREAM ring. I would recommend Erich and this jewelry shop a thousand times over. They were able to resize it (and reset some stones) for a SUPER affordable price and the ring looks stunning! They had my ring back to me very quickly and had great customer service. I got some education about pearls from her, she explained how to distinguish good quality of pearls, where does these pearls came from, general process of making a piece of jewelry from pearls(She collaborates with many people/manufactories from around the world). She often hosts charity events in hospitals and donates part of the profit. She was very patient and helped me pick a few earnings to try on and made good suggestions based on my preference. We also communicated in Chinese for a bit since we all came from China, it made the interaction much more authentic and down to earth. She was kind enough to give me a very good deal on the earrings I decided to buy:). She made an effort to know her client by asking questions. The interactions I had with her were much more meaningful comparing to the ones I had in Tiffany. I will definitely come back! “I purchased an engagement ring with Angel Designs last November and had a great experience! Angel was my sales associate and I didn't have a clear picture of what I wanted so I told her my budget and she helped me through the process. I ended up buying the perfect engagement diamond and a nice temporary band with the plan to swap it out for a permanent one later. My (now) finance loved the ring and especially the shiny diamond, and we soon went back to the store to find the perfect set of bands. She found a unique micropavé style she wanted and was able to work with Angel over a few visits to make some customizations and even have it made with gold from her grandpa's ring. The end result was beyond both our expectations and we couldn't be happier, and the price seemed very good! Overall it was a great and comfortable experience and I'd recommend Angel Designs to anyone looking for an engagement ring.”

My story- The earrings i bought in Lahina needed adjustment. I called Bellevue and the staff were extremely helpful even - I was not even buying anything. I went back to add a pendant a few months later. Today i completed the set with a ring - staff again very helpful with matching the color- offered to send a gold ring with the correct color pearl to the factory with the white gold ring i wanted to switch the pearls and to size it without additional charge. I know that nothing is "free" but the service, the fact that they remembered me 5 months later and being gracious counts!”

The ring was even better then the one we had originally got from the Pandora at southcenter which don't go to the South center Pandora go to the Bellevue one!
