The hotel service is great! Left my dog and cat for 5 days and both were taken care of properly. My cat was a bit hesitant the first two days and they did a great job giving her moist food and helping her feel comfortable. I came to this store to supplement my goldfish. The staff here were very helpful and even offered a warranty, which is a nice touch.While I won't be returning the fish or requesting replacements lol I appreciate the customer service.
