“Bought my reef tank and gear from them, they went above and beyond every step of the way. I look forward to a long relationship with this store as I start to stock my new aquarium with fish and corals.”

“This Mud Bay location is one of my favorites. I try to come in every Thursday morning when I have time. I know 3 or 4 of the employees really well, I am always greeted at the door with a warm welcome in, always asked if there is anything they can do to help - they always answer my questions to the best of their ability and if they are unsure of any answers or don't have a product in stock, they always offer to check other stores. If I think a product has gone up in price they never have an issue searching what I paid for the product last time. Mud Bay in general is the only pet store I shop at. I moved to Mill Creek so I go to that location often now but Bellevue is my favorite location so I try to stop in when I am in town & have the time. Thank you Mud Bay for being so kind, helpful and through.”

“I took my tuxedo cat, Vina to this clinic and just... WOW. I have never seen her so happy and so calm at the vet before. She was even purring in the waiting area! I'm so impressed with the friendly, warm, and welcoming staff. Our vet was also very attentive to (my baby) Vina and super passionate! Thank you to this team for your high quality care!”

“I came in to use the self-serve dog wash. The woman behind the desk was very sweet and friendly and, even though it was doggie day care pick-up time and busy, she gave me a full tour of the dog wash room and all the items. I had everything I needed and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back. (photo is my puppy at home all cleaned up)”

“The manager was the best, went in super last min in need of bags to transport fish. He knew exactly what we needed and since it was just something they had on hand he hooked us up. “For the fish” he said. 10/10 service”

“I am very pleased with the job Tess did with our nervous dog. During the grooming, Tess kept me informed and sent pictures. Tess was gentle with Sadie and gave her breaks along the way. Sadie looks great!”

“We have had a wonderful experience with PetSmart and Banfield Pet Hospital in Bellevue. Our pet Zeus goes to Banfield for his regular checkups, and we have always been very happy with the care and attention he receives. It gives us peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. PetSmart is also a wonderful store with so much to offer. We find fresh pet food and pretty much everything we need for Zeus there. They also have opportunities to adopt cats and dogs, and you can find other pets and supplies, including fish. We have purchased many things from PetSmart over the years and have always had a great experience. It’s a convenient place for pet parents, and the Bellevue location has been wonderful for our family and Zeus! 🐾❤”
