“This Mud Bay location is one of my favorites. I try to come in every Thursday morning when I have time. I know 3 or 4 of the employees really well, I am always greeted at the door with a warm welcome in, always asked if there is anything they can do to help - they always answer my questions to the best of their ability and if they are unsure of any answers or don't have a product in stock, they always offer to check other stores. If I think a product has gone up in price they never have an issue searching what I paid for the product last time. Mud Bay in general is the only pet store I shop at. I moved to Mill Creek so I go to that location often now but Bellevue is my favorite location so I try to stop in when I am in town & have the time. Thank you Mud Bay for being so kind, helpful and through.”
“Surprisingly extensive and generally well stocked saltwater aquarium supply store with numerous varieties of saltwater fish, corals, crustaceans, etc. plus aquaria, foods, etc. Knowledgeable folks. Mike is extremely helpful. All are friendly.”

“I came in to use the self-serve dog wash. The woman behind the desk was very sweet and friendly and, even though it was doggie day care pick-up time and busy, she gave me a full tour of the dog wash room and all the items. I had everything I needed and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

“I had grooming multiple times here and the services have been amazing! Just keep in mind their grooming price is not up to date online, and there will be markup for large fluffy dogs (but reasonable).”
“We have had a wonderful experience with PetSmart and Banfield Pet Hospital in Bellevue. Our pet Zeus goes to Banfield for his regular checkups, and we have always been very happy with the care and attention he receives. It gives us peace of mind knowing he is in good hands.
PetSmart is also a wonderful store with so much to offer. We find fresh pet food and pretty much everything we need for Zeus there. They also have opportunities to adopt cats and dogs, and you can find other pets and supplies, including fish.
We have purchased many things from PetSmart over the years and have always had a great experience. It’s a convenient place for pet parents, and the Bellevue location has been wonderful for our family and Zeus! 🐾❤”
